【Objective】 To examine the effect of family environment,birth and psychological charateristics on study in children with learning disability(LD), so as to provide evidence for all prevention and cure. 【Method】 Examining intelligence table Binet in China and a self-made family questionaire were applied to 200 children with LD,whose family,birth and infant education were investigated, intelligence and psychological charateristics were measured. 【Results】 Family environment had much effect on children with LD. Intelligence and psychological charateristics of children with LD were lower than those of ordinary children. 【Conclusions】 Children with LD should be integrated menegement and their family environment should be improved from pregnance of their mothers. The problems of their psychological characteristics should be prevented and cured.

The rehabilitation training includes physical therapy, operation therapy, speech therapy, vision therapy, inhibiting gypsum therapy, TCM massage, head needle therapy and self-service living ability training, etc. and the special education courses consist of infant education (dividing into the course on health, language, social, scientific and art), schooling education and intelligence culturing education and games, etc. Result: All the children have make obvious progress in motor ability and intelligence quotient. All the 167 children show themselves with curative effect Conclusion: The overall organic integration of rehabilitation, education and social practice can substantially exploit the potential of child with cerebral palsy in the fields of physical ability, cognitive, language, thinking and sociality, etc. The integrative discharge training in respect of medical, educational, psychological, engineering and social practice greatly promotes their overall development in psychology and character, shapes them with active character and improves their ability of self-service and learning. Approximate 40 percent of children are able to merge into society while attending the ordinary kindergarten or school.

目的探讨康复医疗与特殊教育统和实施对治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法在校治疗的167例患儿均接受康复医疗与特殊教育统和实施的方法。康复训练计划中安排有物理治疗、作业治疗、语言治疗、视觉治疗、抑制性石膏治疗、中医推拿、头针治疗与生活自理能力训练等;其特殊教育课程设置中有幼儿教育(分别为健康、语言、社会、科学、艺术);学龄期教育;培智教育与游戏等。结果所有孩子的运动能力和智商水平都有了极大程度的提高。167名儿童治疗全部有效。结论全方位康复、教育和生活实践的有机结合,充分挖掘了脑瘫儿童在体能、认知、语言、思维、社会交往等方面的潜能。统和实施医疗的、教育的、心理的、工程的、以及社会实践疏导,极大地促进其心智、性格的全面发展,塑造积极主动的性格和增进自己解决问题与学习的能力。其中约40%的儿童能复归社会到健康儿童幼儿园或学校就读。
