A comparative investigation on physical conditions of the deaf-mute students in Jinan has been done with necessary tests,and the results have been confirmed by sampling measurement. 我们对济南市聋哑生的身体形态、机能、素质和健康进行了测试。对测试数据进行了统计、分析和比较,得出相应结论 Eperythgrozoonosis is a zoonosis caused by Eperythgrozoon infection. The infection status of normal population,patients,domesticanimals and mice was investigated using smear stain and thinned smear in Fuyangcity.The results indicated that positive rate of Eperythgrozoon was 33.97%(442/1301),in which positive rates of server,worker,student,deaf-mute student,cow breeder and patient were 27.55%、19.39%、31.25%、30.00%、90.0% and 47.63% respectively.Positive rate of animal was 44.1%(206/467),in which positive rates of pig,cow,chicken and mice were 49.2%、95.5%、26.51% and 5.0%.Clinical observation of 12 severe patients who were made a definite diagnosis confirmed that they had obvious manifestations of fever,jaundice,fatigue.anorexia and liver,kidney,heart impairment.Thus,the disease is easily misdiagnosed.Notable effects could be acquired by compatibility treatment of two medicines selected from gentamicin,tetracycline,quinolone and metronidazale.The author emphasized that it is necessary to spread Eperythgrozoonosis knowledge and develop further study of etiology,epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment of eperythgrozoonosis. 附红细胞体病(简称附红体病)是由附红细胞体(简称附红体)感染人畜引起的一种人畜共患病。以涂片染色法、压片法镜检,在阜阳市所辖范围内,对包括健康人、病人在内的人群及包括家畜(禽)、鼠在内的动物,进行附红体感染情况的调查。结果在1301例中,阳性442例,阳性率33.97%。其中服务员、工人、学生、聋哑学生、奶牛饲养员、病人的阳性率分别为:27.55%、19.39%、31.25%、30.0%、90.0%和47.63%;467只(头)动物中,206只(头)阳性,阳性率44.1%。其中猪、奶牛、鸡、鼠的阳性率分别为49.2%、95.55%、26.51%和5.0%。对12例确诊重型附红体病病人的临床观察证明,发热、黄疸、疲劳、纳差、贫血、肝、肾、心脏损害明显,极易误诊。确诊后选用庆大霉素、四环素族、喹诺酮类,甲硝唑中的二种药物并用或选用口服加静脉途径用药,取得显著的疗效。作者强调普及附红体病知识,进一步开展附红体病的病原学、流行病学、诊断及治疗的研究势在必行 Objective:To explore the state of the remnant hearing of deaf mute students and to check the effect of hearing aids to them.Method:38 cases of deaf and dumb students were examined with the pure tone audiometry,acoustic immitance test,auditory brainstem response,and the environmental sound discrimination test.Result:In 17 cases,the average threshold of air conduction of speech frequency is below 89 dB HL;In 18 cases,it is between 90 dB and 110 dB;In 3 cases,it is above 110 dB.33... Objective:To explore the state of the remnant hearing of deaf mute students and to check the effect of hearing aids to them.Method:38 cases of deaf and dumb students were examined with the pure tone audiometry,acoustic immitance test,auditory brainstem response,and the environmental sound discrimination test.Result:In 17 cases,the average threshold of air conduction of speech frequency is below 89 dB HL;In 18 cases,it is between 90 dB and 110 dB;In 3 cases,it is above 110 dB.33 cases have model A curve and 5 cases have model B curve.When 123 dB peSPL was presented,24 cases generated the waveform but the others didn′t.16 cases could discriminate the environmental sound and the other 22 cases could not, but if the patients weared the hearing aids,the number of the persons who could discriminate the environmental sound increased to 24,only 14 cases had no effect by this means.Conclusion:Examination of deaf mutes audition can find persons with residual audition.If they wear the hearing aids and go into hearing rehabilitation training at the same time as early as possible,it will improve the environmental sound discrimination rate. 目的 :了解聋哑学生残余听力状态和配戴助听器的助听效果。方法 :对 3 8例聋儿进行纯音测听、声导抗检查、听性脑干反应检查及环境声辨别测试。结果 :气导语言频率平均在 89d B HL 以下 17例 ,90~ 110 d B18例 ,双耳 110 d B以上无反应 3例 ;A型鼓室图 3 3例 ,B型 5例 ;12 3 d B pe SPL 出现波形者 2 4例 ,无波者 14例 ;能辨别环境声者 16例 ,不能辨别者 2 2例。配戴助听器后能辨别者增至 2 4例 ,无效 14例。结论 :聋儿听力检测可发现有残余听力患者 ;如尽早配戴助听器进行康复训练可提高环境声辨别率
