Wind-induced vibration is the controlling factor for structural design of super-tall buildings. But the present state of research on across-wind dynamic load is far from being satisfactory for practical use and drawing up of codes or standard& 13 super-tall building models with typical cross-sections have been tested under several simulated wind conditions in a wind tunnel using a high -frequency-force- balance to investigate the dynamic wind loads, especially the across-wind loads. The results indicate that the building configuration and wind condition have major effects on the wind loads, while the effects of the aspect ratio on the wind loads may be negligible. The fitting formulas of the first generalized across-wind loads on these buildings are finally given, which can be used for reference in revising codes.

超高层建筑的风致振动是结构设计的主要控制因素之一。但目前对横风向风荷载的研究远不能满足工程应用和规范制定的需要。本文应用高频动态测力天平技术,对常见的13种典型断面的超高层建筑模型进行了不同风场条件下的风洞试验,研究了其风荷载,特别是横风向风荷载。结果表明,外形和风场对风荷载有很大的影响,而长细比对无量纲风荷载的影响甚微。本文最后给出的一阶横风向广义风力系数谱的拟合公式,可供规范修订参考。
