In redifferentiation process, there are 5 stages: 1) Clesvage stage, the homogeneal layer cleaves into numerous small non-nuclear pro-cells. 2) Dense stage, the non-nuclear pro-cell content becomes denser than in the cleavage stage. 3) Granular stage, the homogeneal matter of non-nuclear pro-cell tran-sforms into numerous small granules. 4) Pro-cell stage, some granules along the inner margin of the non-nuclear pro-cell connected each oth-er into some long or short threads, the pro-cell-wall segments; some other granules aggregate into 1 or 2 spheres, the pronucleus; the por -tion between pro-nucleus and pro-cell-wall is pro-cytoplasm. 5) Cell stage, the pro-nucleus transforms into nucleus; the pro-cytoplasm tra-nsforms into cytoplasm; the pro-cell-wall segments connect each other into a continuous layer, the primary cell wall. A primary callus cell is thus formed. And it is concluded that the mixed protoplasmic fluid of injured tissues of scion and stock in plant graft-cavity is a living ma-tter with its own development process and is enable to cell-reforma-tion.

作者比较系统地探讨了嫁接愈合过程中双方破伤组织原生质液汁的发展及其重新形成原始愈合组织细胞的全过程。计二个阶段七个时期:1.逆分化阶段,包括浓缩期和匀质期;2.再分化阶段,包括分割期、浓厚期、颗粒期、前细胞期和细胞期。并认为这种原生质液汁在生活有机体内是有规律地发展着的生活物质,能够重新形成细胞。

The relationship between the growth of the shooting part and stock were investigated by grafting different varieties.It shows that the influence of underground part is more bigger than that of the shoot. There is no significant reciprocal action, between scion and stock after grafting, so we can use the root sink capacity to determine the yield of different varieties.
