This method has some specialitys such as accuracy; high sensitvity; easy and quicker with operation and a little samples are only required to used determination. The lowest limitation of determination for this method is 0.001μg/ml for acrylic acid and 0.1μg/ml for other volatile fatty acids. The results of determination shown that the concentration of acrylic acid is 0.004-0.042μg/ml through 60m depth in antarctic coast warter in 3 January 1989 and other volatile fatty acids are 0.1-1.0μg/ml.

本文报道南极海洋冷水环境中的低分子挥发性脂肪酸的一种测定方法 ,阐述高压液相色谱法对海洋环境中 C1- C5年低分子挥发性脂肪酸的含量测定具有较好的适用性 ,说明该方法具有正确、灵敏、操作简单、快速及需要样品量少等特点。本方法的最低检测限在 0 .1 μg/ml以下 ,个别酸如丙烯酸可达 0 .0 0 1μg/ml以下。南极戴维斯站附近沿海 ,1 989年 1月 3日 6 0 m水柱体样品测定结果丙烯酸为 0 .0 0 4 - 0 .0 4 2 μg/ml,其他酸是 0 .1 - 1 .0 μg/ml,说明了该方法完全可满足实际海水样品的分析。

The 16 genera 20 species of cold-water brachiopod Stepanoviella fauna in the middle-late Carboniferous Dingjiazhai Formation tillite and its overlying strata in Baoshan, Shidian and Yongde regions are detailed in this paper. And they are correlated with the Stepanoviella fauna in India , Australia and Zhumulangma, Shenza of Tibet. Stepanoviella fauna are the coldwater brachiopod devoloped in the N part of Gondwana in the middle-late C. Because Gondwana developed glaciers and the sea-water near it was cold in the early stage of middle-late C, the Stepanoviella fauna developed and bred in the cold-water environment. Until the late stage of late C, however, the oldland glacier bisappeared , the seawater warmed up, and these fauna died out then.The discovery of Stepanoviella fauna in Dingjiazhai Formation indicates once more that the west Yunnan west of the Lancang River junction zone was situated in the south semisphere and was a part of Gondwana in middle-late C. And the stratigraphical correlation and sedimentary environment analysis show that this region and the N slope of Zhumulangma,Shenza and Ritu of Tibet were all situated in the continental shelf of the N margin of Gondwana in that time.
