The result shows that Katy secreted lots of nectar in the morning, the maximal amount nectar of sixty flowers was 1.506 g, the minimal was 0.048 g, the maximal nectar concentration was 13.75%, the minimal nectar concentration was 5.80 per, nectar concentration was related to the time of the day, correlation coefficient was -0.976, the difference was significant. The nectar volume was related to the temperature, but the difference was not significant. Bumblebee collecting activity was related to humidity mostly, correlation coefficient was -0.857, the difference was not significant. The collecting activity peak was from 10:00 to 14:00, the Curve-fitting equation was y = 0.3131x3 - 5.3582x2 + 25.876x - 19.286, coefficient of determination R2= 0.907. The collecting pollen activity of bumblebee appears two peaks at 10:00 and 14:00.

随着我国设施裁培的发展,温室凯特杏种植面积越来越多,但关于温室凯特杏泌蜜及其与昆虫访花关系的研究尚未见报道。本义对温空凯特杏的泌蜜情况及其与熊蜂的访花关系进行了研究,旨在为温室凯特杏丰产栽培和提高果实品质提供科学依据。实验结果表明,上午凯特杏泌蜜量大,其60朵花最大泌蜜量为1.506 g,最小为0.048 g,花蜜浓度最大为13.75%,最小为5.80%,所分泌的花蜜浓度与时间存在密切相关,相关系数r=-0.976, 差异性达极显著水平。泌蜜量与温度存在一定的相关性,相关系数r=-0.867,但未达到显著水平。熊蜂采集活动与温室内的相对湿度相关性最大,相关系数r=-0.857,但差异性未达显著水平,其采集活动高峰期在10:00-14:00, 拟合曲线方程为y=0.3131x3-5.3582x2+25.876x-19.286,决定系数R2=0.907。熊蜂采粉活动呈现明显的两个高峰期,分别在上午11:00左右和下午14:00左右。
