A new method, Solid-phase Adsorption of Sensitized Etythrocytes (SPASE), for detecting HBsAg from sera was established and the conditions influencing the performances of the method were investigated. A new method, Solid-phase Adsorption of Sensitized Etythrocytes (SPASE), for detecting HBsAg from sera was established and the conditions influencing the performances of the method were investigated. The way for solid-phase adsorption of antibodies onto the surface of plexiglass microtiter plate was improved. It was showed that the sera to be examined could be tested in original soluion without nonspecific reactions. The results of examination of 219 specimens from clinic by SPASE and RPHA ( reverse passive hemagglutination ) simultaneously demonstrated that the sensitivity and specificity of the former were significantly higher than those of the latter.We consider that SPASE is especially suitable for basic-level clinical laboratories.

A combined method of solid phase adsorption and supercritical fluid extraction (SEE) has been used for collecting and concentrating organic pollutants from sewage. Eight factors were studied for the optimization of SFE conditions. The extraction efficiencies for the test compounds were over 70%, and the relative standard deviation was <4.6% ( ra = 3) . In this manner, 66 organic pollutants were detected in the sewage. Among them, 15 appeared in the list of priority pollutants suggested by US EPA, Benzothiazole, amines and phenols were the predominant organic pollutants. The contents of the contaminants in the original and the disposed sewage were compared.

Objective\ We developed a solid phase adsorption gas sampler, which is suitable for collection and analysis of indoor air formaldehyde. Methods This solid phase adsorption gas sampler is composed of two parts, a support part made of a glass tube covered silica-gel stopper on ports, an absorbent part in glass tube made of surface denatured synthetic fibre coated formaldehyde absorbent. We evolved its performance, and established an method for sampling and determination formaldehyde in indoor air with the gas sampler. Results For the solid phase adsorption gas sampler, the collection efficiency was 98.7%, and the desorption efficiency was 98.6%. The variation coefficients of sampling was 4.02% ~n=10). The above method was compared with the standard method ~GB/T 16129-1995 ), the results showed no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion This solid phase adsorption gas sampler can be used for sampling and determination formaldehyde in indoor air.

目的研制一种用于室内空气中甲醛采样测定的固相吸附气体采样管。方法固相吸附气体采样管由两端套有硅橡胶塞的玻璃管和管内带有甲醛吸收液的表面改性的合成纤维丝束组成。建立用该采样管对室内空气中甲醛采样和测定方法,并评价其性能。结果固相吸附气体采样管采样效率、洗脱效率分别为(98.73±0.86)%和(98.60±1.20)%;采样精密度RSD=4.02%(n=10)。该法与国标气泡吸收管法(GBT161291995)的测定结果经t检验,两种方法无显著性差异。结论研制的固相吸附气体采样管可用于室内空气中甲醛的采样测定。
