Objective :To explore the influence of metachoresis uterus to gestate and the way to correct.Method: To analyze the structural relationship of uterine body and cervix, uterine body and vagina, along with the cervix external aperture of the position in the vagina ,in the different types of metachoresis uterus.Result: To find the pivotal factor in the influence of metachoresis uterus to gestate and the mistake in clinical work, including:(1) Clinic staple “antepositon” or “retroposition” uterus indiscriminate, it is a disadvantage to guide the patients adopt the best body position to conceive; (2) Tthe concept of “bend”,“slant” isn't clear; the cervix external aperture in the position of the vagina is not clear too; the result of B-ultrasonic to survey the position of uterus is different than in the clinical examine, the doctor can not analyze the result of B-ultrasonic to confirm the position of uterus, all can mislead the patients.Conclusion: Light metachoresis uterus have little effection in gestation, but the fearful metachoresis uterus have the obviously effection in gestation. To correct metachoresis uterus must advert: (1) Cofirm the right type and diagnosis definitely; (2) The scheme to correct individuating; (3) Value the primary disease, cure the virtual and surface side, use the compositive measure.

目的:探讨变位子宫对孕育的影响及纠正方法。方法:剖析各类型变位子宫的宫体与宫颈、宫体与阴道的结构关系以及宫颈外口在阴道中的方位。结果:变位子宫影响孕育的关键因素和临床工作中存在的误区,包括:(1)临床笼统分“前位”或“后位”子宫,不利于指导患者采用最佳受孕体位;(2)“屈”、“倾”概念不清,宫颈外口在阴道中的方位不明,B超探测子宫方位常与临床妇检的结果不同,医生不能正确分析B超探测子宫的结果等均常误导病人。结论:轻度变位子宫对孕育影响不大,但重度变位子宫对孕育可构成明显影响。纠正应注意:(1)定准类型,明确诊断;(2)纠正方案个体化;(3)重视治疗原发病,标本兼治,综合措施并举。
