The treatments of kilting stored grain insects in large size reinforced concrete silos have been Conducted for several times each year in Jan Liang-cheng mill since 1984. The silos were sealed strictly and equipped with circumfluent ducts, and were fumigated with Methyl Bromide. The results indicate that the efficiency of killing insects in the silos is 100%. 军粮城机米厂在大型钢筋水泥立简仓,进行全仓密封改造和安装环流管道,使用溴甲烷环流熏蒸,杀虫效果达到百分之百。自1984年开始试验,1986年9月通过专家鉴定,直至目前,每年都要进行多次熏蒸,已成为一种不可缺少的安全、有效的杀虫方法,不但提高了杀虫效果,节约了费用,还极大地缩短了处理时间和节省了劳力。

Because of no complete and practical method for calculating the internal force with thinking of the edge effect, the film internal force of most silos is calculated according to the no moment theory and only the shell near the edge is reinforced. In this paper, the course of analysing the silo force by the method of finite element with computer is discribed. The result of finite element program is compared with "Design Specification for Reinforced Concrete Silo".The method of finite element makes up for the approximation of the no moment theory, avoids the complexity of other mechanics methods and provids a reference to the same kind engineering.

以往设计筒仓时,由于没有一套完整和实用的能考虑边缘效应的内力计算方法,大部分圆筒仓均按无矩理论计算薄膜内力,仅在配筋时对边缘附近壳体作构造加强。本文介绍了用有限元方法、采用电算手段分析贮煤圆筒仓内力的形成过程,并对有限元程序计算结果与《钢筋混凝土筒仓设计规范》方法计算结果进行了对比分析。本方法弥补了按无矩理论的近似性,避免了其他力学方法的繁锁计算,可供类似工程设计时参考
