目的了解葡萄籽提取物保肝效果。方法以40、80、160mg/kg.bw剂量的葡萄籽提取物连续给大鼠灌胃30d,次日采血测定ALT及AST的含量。结果受试样品组大鼠肝匀浆的ALT、AST含量低于模型对照组,且组织病理学检察结果为阳性。结论桑叶提取物对动物具有化学性保肝的作用。
