Electric fields induced by ring and pin electrodes in electrostatic charged powder sprayingtechnique are analysed. The fundamental formulae to deseribe these fields have been built up. A model of magnetic stimulation is presented for analysis of the spatial distributions of the electric field induced by magnetic coils.Dimensionless analysis is introduced and makes the factors influencing the magnitude of electric field into two parts:c (represents the stimulation conditions),and E 0 (reflects the geometry of coil).By 3 D simulation of the induced electric field of two kinds of coils,the effect of magnetic stimulation can be demonstrated and the factors influencing stimulating focality and depth are identified.The principles for determining the electric field magnitude,focality and magnetic stimulation depth when designing a reasonable coil and stimulator and achieving ideal stimulating effect are discussed.

This work studied the effect of composition and temperature on the switching electric field induced antiferroelectric to ferroelectric phase transition in Nb modified Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O 3 antiferroelectric ceramics, measured the relation between switching field and composition y (Ti), both the antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase boundaries before and after poling in Pb 0.99 Nb 0.02 ((Zr 0.80 Sn 0.20 ) 1- y Ti y ) 0.98 O 3 family. Measure results showed that the switching field strength of some y (Ti) was depend on the change from that of antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase boundary.The backward switching field E A was fixed while the forward switching field E F and hysteresis Δ E were droped when increasing temperature.This phenomenon indicated temperature helps to reduce strain energy and make antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition easier,so that we could take electric polarization by heating to low electric field.

研究了掺铌PZST反铁电陶瓷中组份和温度对诱导反铁电 -铁电相变转换电场的影响 ,测定了Pb0 .99Nb0 .0 2 ((Zr0 .80Sn0 .2 0 ) 1-yTiy) 0 .98O3 系中正向转换电场EF 与组份 y(Ti)的关系和电极化前后的反铁电 /铁电相界。实验测量结果显示 ,某组份 y(Ti)的反铁电—铁电转换电场强度大小取决于该组份与铁电 /铁电相界组份的差距。在Pb0 .99Nb0 .0 2 ((Zr0 .80 Sn0 .2 0 ) 1-yTiy) 0 .98O3 系中随着试样温度升高 ,反向转换电场EB 保持不变 ,正向转换电场EF 和电滞ΔE降低。这一现象表明温度有助于降低反铁电 -铁电相变的应变能使得电场诱导反铁电 -铁电相变容易进行 ,因此可以采用加热电极化方法来降低极化电场强度。
