Results:All normal transitional cells were negatively stained and all neoplastic cells were positively stained . Fisher's accurate analysis showed that moderately or strongly positive espression of EGFR in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grades(P<0 05),clinical stages(P<0 05),number of lesions(P<0 05)and postoperative reccurance (P<0 05).
Results All normal transitional cells were negatively stained. The positive expression of bFGF in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grade (P<0.05)and clinical stage (P<0.05), and there was significant correlation between bFGF over expression and postoperative reocurrence (P<0.05).
