To study the influences of parents' teaching style,mental stress and general health qualities to children's learning disabilities. From one of Guangzhou elementary school,112children aged 6~13 years whose school record were below 5% of the students' average were selected as objects of our investigation by their head teacher in each class,excluding mental retardation.Their learning abilities were evaluated andtheir learning conditions,parents' stress and teaching style were investigated.128 children with excellent school record in each individual class were selectedas controls. Learning disabilities in children mainly presented the disorders in reading,speaking,perception,action and attention.Moreover,family tendency was also found.There were differences between children with LD and controls in factors associated with learning conditions,parents' stress and teaching style. [Conclusions] Parents' anxiety and their worry aboutchildren's study and health were significantly correlated to LD.

【目的】 研究儿童学习困难的主要表现、父母教育方式、精神压力和一般健康状况对学习困难儿童的影响 ,为防治措施的制定提供依据。 【方法】 选择广州市某小学 ,由熟悉儿童情况的班主任老师 ,从各班选取学业成绩低于平均成绩第 5百分点 ,剔除精神发育迟滞的 112名儿童为学习困难组。选取同班学业优良的 12 8名儿童为正常对照组。对他们进行学习能力的评定和学习状况、家长压力和家长教育方法的调查。 【结果】 两组儿童在学习状况、家长压力和家长教育方法等方面差异均有显著性。 【结论】 儿童学习困难主要表现在阅读、口语、知觉动作和注意力的障碍 ,并具有明显的家族性 ;儿童学习困难与家长的焦虑和对子女学业、健康的担扰及家长的不良教育方法有关。

目的 研究学习困难儿童的感觉统合与注意力情况。方法 对 16 2例学习困难儿童和 35例正常儿童进行感觉统合量表和注意力测试 ,并测评瑞文智商。结果  (1)儿童学习困难与感觉统合失调、注意力缺陷有关 ,而与智商水平无关 (除外智力低下者 )。 (2 )感觉统合与注意力之间存在相关性。结论 感觉统合失调并伴有注意力异常易使患儿不能自控而影响学习成绩 ,对待学习困难儿童可以从改善儿童感觉统合失调与纠正注意力缺陷着手
