SCWO,which means oxygen react with organic waste in supercritical water(SCW)and produce nontoxical materials such as CO_2、H_2O and N_2,etc.As a new technique for environmental application,SCWO has created a lot of interest recently.The properties of SCW and its solution,the characteristic of SCW were introduced in detail.The progress and problem of SCWO technique were expounded.The trends of the organic waste treatment by SCWO were discussed.

超临界水氧化(SCWO)是指,在超临界水中溶解的氧气与有机废物发生反应生成CO_2、H_2O和N_2等无毒物质。SCWO作为一种新兴环保技术受到广泛重视。本文全面介绍了超临界水及其溶液性质和超临界水化学反应的特点;论述了SCWO工程技术的研究进展及现存问题;讨论了用SCWO法处理有机废水废物的发展趋势和前景。

The apparatus for the oxidative decomposition of organic compounds in supercritical water (SCW) was established and in which the decomposition of phenol in SCW was carried out at different conditions. The results show that residence time and excess oxygen rate are the main factors which affect the decomposition of phenol, that influences of temperature and pressure are not so abvious, and that the increase of concentration of phenol will not affect the decomposition rate of phenol.

A number of research works on conversion and reforming of fossil fuel with supercritical water (SCW) were reviewed. It was shown that the conversion and reforming of fossil fuel such as coals, oil shales and heavy oils with SCW would lead to a simple, environmental friendly and promising method of obtaining clear synthetic liquid fuel from these resources. Attention was particularly given to fossil fuel conversion and reforming by using CO/H2O in which the activated hydrogen was probably produced by a water-shift reaction and CO would be directly obtained in SCW by a partial oxidation reaction. A relatively detailed picture of the chemical reaction focussing on the occurrence of hydrolysis reaction, water-shift reaction and partial oxidation in SCW medium during the conversion and reforming of fossil fuel should be studied further.

综述了近年来矿物燃料和烃的模型化合物在超临界水(SCW)作用下的转化和改质。用超临界水对诸如煤、重质油及油页岩等矿物燃料的转化和改质,可生产出轻质清洁的液体燃料,该法是轻质化矿物燃料非常有前途的方法。尤其应该引起注意的是,通过CO/H_2O的水气转移反应可产生活性氢,用产生的氢对矿物燃料进行转化和改质,CO可由矿物燃料的部分氧化直接获得。有关超临界水中进行的水解反应、水气转移反应及部分氧化反应需进一步深入研究。
