The pressure distribution and the flux factor of the hollow fiber membrane reactor are deduced as functions of a dimensionless number λ by a theoretical analysis of its operation modes of Ultrafiltration (UF), Recycling (RC) and Backflush (BF). In UF and BF modes, the pres'sure distributions are always below the value of the linear distribution and decrease with the increase of λ. In RC mode, the pressure distribution is axi-symmetrical at the center of the tube. The flux factors of the three modes decrease with the increase of λ, and the maximums are 100%, 50%, 25% respectively. The productivity of UF mode is higher than that of RC mode and lower than BF mode and all decrease with the increase of the reactor tube length.

Moreover,the quality of the products was much improved,and the yield of branching-saccharides went up to 64%.

采用聚砜中空纤维酶膜反应器连续化工艺流程,以转葡萄糖苷酶和真菌淀粉酶双酶协同作用于麦芽低聚糖转苷制取异麦芽低聚糖。通过对酶膜反应系统稳态操作,确定转苷酶膜反应停留时间,双酶补加量范围及反应温度,试验结果表明:酶膜反应器连续化生产工艺,大大缩短反应周期,提高生产能力,又节省酶用量,同时显著改善了产品的质量,分枝性低聚糖含量达64%

An optimizing process was investigated that a polysalfone hollow fiber membrane reactor was used to produce isomaltooligosaccharides with transglucosidase and biozyme. These option technological conditions had been obtained by using a research method of orthogonal design,The quality of ultimate branched oligosaccharides products reached 64%. The results of the test indicated that the new continuous technology was feasible and they supplied design parameters for test of industrialization.

采用聚砜中空纤维酶膜反应器,以转葡萄糖苷酶和真菌淀粉酶双酶协同作用于麦芽低聚糖,转苷制取异麦芽低聚糖连续化工艺的优化试验研究.进行了正交试验设计,获得最佳工艺条件,确定双酶的最佳补加量及转苷停留时间,产品质量稳定,分枝性低聚糖含量达64%.试验结果表明:酶膜反应器新工艺可行,它为工业化试验提供重要的设计参数.
