The characteristics of some traits and selection indices of rape (Brassica napus L.) were

以7个低芥酸品系和1个高芥酸品种为材料,研究了甘蓝型油菜低芥新品系的性状特点和选择指数。结果表明:①与高芥品种比较,我国目前育出的低芥新品系,其单株角果数已不是制的产量的主要矛盾,而真正的限制性因素是单果粒重。②根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重在遗传上与单株产量呈极显著正相关,这些相关关系可在今后的低芥新品系的选择中子以利用。③在以株高、根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重组合成的15个选择指数中,以每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=0.9665X_6+90.7281X_8最优,相对效率达155.48;以根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=2.4996X_2+0.8809X_6+85.9038X_8在实践上也有一定的利用价值。这一结果也表明在今后的低芥品系选育中似应加强每果粒数、单果粒重和根颈粗的选择。

Cell ultrastructures in rape(Brassica napus L.)leaves and their calli,andmeristemoids were studied by transmission electron microscopy in detial.Our resultsshowed that their ultrastructures had many profound changes,the main differences ofthese changes were that the rape mesophyll cell was a kind of typical parenchyma cellwith many chloroplasts and a large central vacuole around which there was a littlecytoplasm.The callus cell derived from the rape mesophyll cell resembled parenchymacell of intact plant and there was also a central vacuole and a layer of cytoplasm withsome organelles.The lamellar system and osmiophilic globuli had disappeared,butthere was abundon stored starch in the plastid.The meristematic cell was small in size,more densely cytoplasmic and richer in mitochondria,Golgi bodies,ribesomes,endoplasmic reticulum and plastids compared with the callus cell.These cells did notpossess central vacuoles.However,they had many small vacuoles in which there wasa kind of electron-dense material whose amount increased with time in culture.Theymay be phenolic.The stored starch and lamellar system were usually absent but the vesicle-shaped and tube-shaped elements and osmiophilic globuli obviously increasedin the plastid.These changes of cell ultrastructure had a close relation to the cellde-differentiation and re-differentiation during the plantlet regeneration from leaf seg-ment of rape.

The materials of the present study consisted of 5 typical breeding cultivars and com-plete and incomplete diallel crosses were undertaken.The combining ability of the impor-tant quality characters,viz.oil total glucosinolate and protein contents in seeds of rape(Brassica napus L.)were analysed according to the procedureⅠandⅡdiscribed byGriffing.The results indicated that there exists little positive heterosis for oil content,nega-tive heterosis for the protein content and no heterosis...

The materials of the present study consisted of 5 typical breeding cultivars and com-plete and incomplete diallel crosses were undertaken.The combining ability of the impor-tant quality characters,viz.oil total glucosinolate and protein contents in seeds of rape(Brassica napus L.)were analysed according to the procedureⅠandⅡdiscribed byGriffing.The results indicated that there exists little positive heterosis for oil content,nega-tive heterosis for the protein content and no heterosis for the total glucosinolate content.The diallel data of the glucosinolate content used as a qualitative character were analysedas well.Finally,the possible approaches of obtaining the new genetical germplasms oflow glucosinolate by overcoming the linkage between the glucosinolate content and otherbad agronomic characters were also discussed,new lines with low glucosinolate contentwould probably be bred from the high glucosinolate content.

本研究以5个有代表性的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)进行双列杂交设计,采用 Griffing 方法1和2分别对其主要的品质性状含油量、硫甙总量和蛋白质含量进行了配合力分析,同时对这些性状的杂种优势和劣势问题进行了一些讨论。结果表明,含油量有少量的杂种优势可供利用,蛋白质含量表现为完全的杂种劣势,而控制硫甙总量的基因系统的显性效应较小,既无真正的杂种优势、亦无真正的杂种劣势出现。进一步,利用硫甙总量的双列杂交数据,将此性状视为质量性状进行了相应的遗传分析,据此,讨论了利用新的遗传种质资源,避免现有低硫种质同其它性状间的不良连锁与相关,从而达到由高硫甙品种选育低硫甙品种的可能性。
