Some studies have demonstrated that sunflower cake could replace part of soybean meal, cotton seed meal, peanut meal and others, with favorable effect in perfor mance and feed efficiency for animals. Owing to the high crude fibre content sunflower cake with hulls in larhe count are not well suited to poultry. For mang animals, mixes of sunflower cake and other protein feeds gire better feeding results than a single one. The present revicw discusses the component, nutrition value and the feeding effect of sunflower cake with hulls or dehulled sunflower cake for pigs, laying hens, growing and fattening cattle, dairy cows and sheep. The review makes some suggestion for improving the feeding effect.

Inversly, the ratio of medullated hair was gradually declined, the length was shorter and the diameter became thiner, and the yield was decreased. To the yearling dams of F_3 generation, the ratio of non-medullated hair was 96.96%±1.14%, the medullated hair was 3.04%±1.04%, these being not significantly different with Angora, but the kemp fibre content was 2.34%±0.82%, this being hither than Angora (P<0.01), the staple length was 21.63±3.35cm, the length extention of single fiber was 26.41±2.38cm and its diameter was 22.64±1.69μm, the average of greasy fleece mass was 1520±350g, the clean yield was 80.46%±8.21%, these being not significantly different with Angora. But the strength of single fiber was 14.49±2.36g, it was lower than Angora(P<0.01). It is suggested that the major properties of F_3 generation basically reach to the level of pure Angora goat.

以安哥拉山羊为父本,陕北本地山羊为母本进行级进杂交,测定亲本与各代杂种羊的生长发育、生产性能和被毛纤维的主要物理性状。结果:随着级进代数的增加,无髓毛在被毛中的比例逐代提高,长度增加,直径变粗,产量提高;有髓毛则相反,比例下降,长度变短,直径变细,产量下降。F_3周岁母羊无髓毛比例达96.96%±1.14%,有髓毛为3.04%±1.23%。有髓毛中的死毛比例为2.34%±0.82%,显著高于安哥拉山羊;毛丛长度21.63±3.35cm,单纤维伸直长度为26.40±3.28cm,直径22.64μm,产毛量1520±350g,净毛率80.46%±8.21%,均与安哥拉山羊差异不显著。但单纤维强度仅14.49±2.36g,显著低于安哥拉山羊所产马海毛的强度。认为F_3的主要性状达到马海毛的质量要求。

This study explored the change of dry matter and the change of content of aminoacid in excreta of 3 ileo-rectal anastomosised swine fed 3 purified nitrogen-free dietscontained 2.0%,5.0%,8.0% crude fibre respectively.The result showed that(1)thevariance coefficient(C.V%)of dry matter in excreta each day decreased with theincrease of the crude fibre content in purified nitrogen-free diets;(2)according to the variation of the quantity of dry matter of excreta,followed a three-days' periodpretest a three or four-days'period collection was proper for meeting the precisionrequirement of sample of excreta;(3) the content of amino acid, especially the noneessentional amino acid in excreta decreased with the extension of the days of feedingnitrogen-free diet.So,the sampling period of excreta for endogenous amino acid corre-ction should not be too long.

为了探讨猪内源氨基酸的估测方法,本试验研究了饲喂粗纤维含量分别为:2.0%、5.0%和8.0%的3种纯合无氮日粮时,荷术猪每天回肠末端干物质排泄量和排泄物中氨基酸含量的变化规律。结果指出:(1)饲喂不同纯合无氮日粮时,荷术猪各天回肠末端干物质排泄量变异系数(C.V%)随日粮粗纤维含量的增加而减小:(2)从各组荷术猪回肠末端干物质排泄量变化规律看,至少需3头试验猪,经预饲3天后,再收集3天食糜才能保证排泄物样品的代表性;(3)回肠末端排泄物中氨基酸含量随着无氮日粮饲喂期的延长呈稳定到锐减的趋势型,因此用无氮日粮法进行内源氨基酸校正时,排泄物采样时间不宜过长。
