Compared with the performance of fly ash concrete with higher wster cementing material ratio, the influces of the fly ash content, water cementing material ratio and cement type on the mechinical feature of fly ash concret are obtained under the condition of lower water cementing material ratio. Based on the SEM test of microstructure, the mechanism is analyzed.\;

用Ⅱ级粉煤灰与 S N- Ⅱ型高效减水剂复合, 配制了水胶比在 0.3~0.4 范围、粉煤灰最大取代水泥量为50% 的粉煤灰混凝土, 系统研究了其强度、断裂与变形性能, 通过与高水胶比粉煤灰混凝土的对比, 得到了在低水胶比情况下, 粉煤灰的掺入量、水胶比及水泥品种等因素对粉煤灰混凝土力学性能的影响规律, 并结合微观测试对其内在机理进行了分析。

鉴于目前国内尚无评价混凝土材料耐磨性的标准以及在许多情况下不具备进行混凝土标准耐磨性试验的条件 ,本文在自行设计混凝土耐磨试验的基础上全面分析了粉煤灰掺量、砂率、水胶比、硅粉等因素对道路粉煤灰HPC耐磨性能的影响 ,取得了很好的效果。这无疑对粉煤灰HPC耐磨性的研究具有重要的参考价值 ,对道路水泥混凝土的配合比设计也有一定的指导意义。
