It uses the optimizing determination of character abstraction and gradual restriction as its reduction principle. This method draws on the theory of information logic and the nonmonotone logic. The emphasis is to set up a mathematical model, which produces the diagnosing rules by optimizing and epitomizing the quotient space, and to establish a mode of nondeterminacy inference called "resemble principle". We use the powerful computer language PROLOG to represent knowledge and to produce intelligent database, By automatically finding problem and coordinating with experts, the system dynamically perfects the rule set and realizes the learning function. We get great success in applying the system in diagnosing the patients with cardiac pacer. Our system is currently implemented on IBM-PC/XT.

本文提出一类计算机辅助诊断系统。它是基于相当数量和权威性的知认,通过特征抽取逐步限定的优化决策过程以代替或协助专家解决问题的计算机程序系统,此系统使用基于不确定信息逻辑,证据理论和FOX关于扩展概率框架的一种非单调逻辑确立了由商空间的优化缩影形成数量较少的判断规则(极小指征集族)的数学模型和作为似然推理模式的“相似性原则”。使用了具有较强的PROLOG自动推理能力的语言以表述知识,形成智能数据库并通过自动发现问题和与专家配合而动态地完善规则集得以实现学习功能。本系统在人工心脏起搏器的安植、更换中的成功应用,为推广、移植到其它领域展示了诱人的前景。

A new method using gradient elution of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was set up for the separation and determination of 12 natural phenolic acids simultaneously. The separation conditions were studied with a Zorbax ODS (5 μm) column, and optimized conditions were suggested with the mobile phase gradient elution of CH 3CN H 2O (with 0 5% HAc) (5∶95→ 35∶65, V/V , in 40 min) at room temperature, flow rate at 1 0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 280 nm. And the effects of acidity on separations and the relationships between the phenolic acids structures and their retention behaviors were discussed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the 12 compounds were performed. The regression equation, correlation coefficient, linear range, detection limit and relative standard deviation (RSD) of each compound were obtained under the optimized conditions. The correlation coefficients of the 12 compounds were between 0 998?0 and 0 999?9 . The detection limits ranged from 0 96 ng to 4 10 ng and RSDs were ≤2 64%. These results demonstrate that the optimized determination method obtained is successful for the separation and determination of the 12 phenolic acids analysed.

采用反相高效液相色谱法梯度洗脱 ,对 12种天然酚酸进行定性定量分析研究。通过色谱条件的优化 ,确定了最佳的分离条件 ;同时探讨了流动相的酸度对分离结果的影响 ,以及酚酸结构与保留行为之间的关系。实验中以确定的最佳分离条件对 12种天然酚酸进行了定量分析 ,测定了各个化合物的回归方程、相关系数、线性范围、检测限和相对标准偏差。实验结果显示 ,各个化合物回归方程的相关系数r为 0 9980~ 0 9999,检测限为 0 96ng~ 4 10ng ,相对标准偏差RSD≤ 2 6 4 % ,满足定量分析要求。

Determination of trace aluminum in nano-size zirconia powders by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with slurry sampling and aqueous standards was reported in this paper. The atomization and ashing behaviors of aluminium atom, the effects of different dispersion media and matrixes on the determination were discussed. Under the optimized determination conditions the detection limit for Al was 0.5 ng/g with dynamic range of 0~2.5 mg/L. The precision of the method was 6.0% RSD (n=5)....

采用水介质直接分散纳米氧化锆粉体悬浮进样,以水标准溶液绘制校正曲线,石墨炉原子吸收法测定其中的微量Al。系统研究了Al的原子化和灰化行为,不同分散介质及基体元素对测定Al的影响,获得了测定Al的优化条件。方法对Al的检测限为0.5ng/g,Al的线性范围为0~2.5mg/L,基体ZrO2的质量浓度小于2g/L时,对Al的测定无干扰,悬浮进样直接测定的RSD(n=5)为6.0%。样品的测定结果与其他方法对比基本一致。
