This paper describes a bridge based on direct-current comparator for resistance thermometry.The principle of the operation and the circuit are described.The de- sign feature of the main magnetic modulator,in which low frequency noise is less than 0.2 microampere-turns,has been emphasized in the paper.An ampere-turn autobalance control scheme performaning open and close loop adjustments by means of the main and supplementary comparator has been described in detail.Experiments show that this tracking system is reliable and stable.Measuring results indicate that the measurement error is less than 1.5×10~(-7) over the basic measuring range. Finally,a compensation circuit for further improving the ratio accuracy is also proposed,so that it is expected to obtain an accuracy of the order of 10~(-8) for the direct-current comparator.

本文叙述一台基于直流比较仪原理的测温电桥。文中介绍了该电桥的总体线路结构和作用原理以及低频噪声不超过0.2微安匝的磁调制器的设计特点,并对采用主、辅比较仪实现开闭环调节的安匝自动平衡控制方案作了详细描述。实验表明,该跟踪系统稳定可靠。根据测试结果,该电桥在其基本量限内的测量误差不超过1.5×10~(-7)。最后,文章还提出一种进一步提高电桥比率精度的补偿线路,使电流比较仪可望达到1.5×10~(-8)量级的极限精度。

A seam tracking device is developed according to the requirement to weld hollow steel balls of net frame nodes. The mathematical model of the system's hydraulic operating conditions is built based on the continuity equation and energy equation and the graph theory method, which adds the gravity head to the loop pipe formula as the liquid's motivity. The gravity head's effect to the system is considered from the system's design. The solution of non-liner equations for pipe network is achieved by close loop adjustment method. During the adjustment, the pipe diameter of the loop pipe is modulated by the temperature drop of horizontal branch pipe. The circulative iteration for flux, gravity head and pressure the system needs is achieved, which makes the values approach to the true value respectively. The temperature drop of each horizontal branch pipe is calculated and the unequal temperature drop method is made to apply this kind of system. The method can reduce vertical hydraulic disorder and improve the quality of heating system.

针对目前对分户水平式供暖系统水力计算的研究落后于其应用这一现状,提出了一套新的水力计算方法.基于流体运动连续性方程和能量方程,采用图论的方法,建立了系统水力工况的数学模型.该模型将重力作用压头作为流动动力写入环路能量平衡公式中,从设计角度考虑了该量对系统的影响.应用闭合环路平差的方法实现了管网状态非线性方程组的求解,在平差过程中,根据水平支路的温降调整所在环路的管径,并实现各管段流量、重力作用压头和系统所需资用压头值的循环迭代,使其分别逼近真值.该方法用平差所得流量分别计算各水平支路的温降,使不等温降法适用于该系统型式,从而有利于减轻系统的竖向失调,提高分户热计量供暖系统的质量.
