运用XRD,SEM,DTA和化学分析等手段研究了不同冷却速度及添加剂对SiO2-Al2O3-CaO(MgO-Fe2O3-Na2O)系玻璃分相及性能的影响。结果发现不同冷却速度处理对玻璃的分相有明显影响,使玻璃呈不同颜色,其中冷却速度为15℃/min处理得到的玻璃其抗折强度高于600℃退火玻璃。TiO2的加入对分相影响显著。

Because the F- entered as the network formers, the structureof network became more loose and phase separation of glass took place. Two ldnds of differentphase regions were formed in the glass, and one region contained more Ca2+ and F--, whereasanother region contained more St4+ and A13+. When the above glass with phase sepajration washeat-treated, the crystals of CaF2 firstly came out from the regions containing more Ca2+ and F--.

The effect of TiO 2 on the crystallization of MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass has been studied by XRD、TEM、SEM and DTA. The effect of TiO 2 on the crystallization of MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass has been studied by XRD、TEM、SEM and DTA. When TiO 2 was added to the MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass,the primary crystalline phase was changed and the activation energy of crystallization decreased, so the crystallization was promoted. Moreover, phase separation of glass was promoted by introduction of TiO 2, therefore nucleation and crystallization were improved.The MgO-Al 2O 3-SiO 2 system glass with the same composition but without TiO 2 mainly began to crystallize from the surface only.
