In order to improve the ability of the heating during the non-blowing period of 300-ton top blown oxygen open-hearth of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., a post-mixing end oxy-oil burner has been developed in production condions, the oil is pre-burnt with 0.2 to 0.3 stoichiometric oxygen provided through the annulus around the oil nozzle. The flame from the burner is well in rigidity and luminosity. Its temperature is 40 to 100℃. higher than that with selective oxygen enrichment combustion. Using this burner, fuel consumption may be reduced and operating rate and output of the open-hearth increaed. The tip of the burner is made of copper and cooled with water, so that it makes the burner reliable and more durable. To reduce combustion noise of the long-flame oxy-oil burner, some effective measures were taken to stabilize the combustion process at the burner exit. Thereby the noise level of the burner is reduced to that of conventional oil burner.

为了提高鞍钢300t氧气顶吹平炉非吹氧期的加热能力,在生产条件下研制了外混型炉头氧油枪.该枪由重油周围的环缝供以0.2~O.3的化学计量的氧气进行富氧燃烧.其火焰刚性好、亮度大,温度较采用选择性富氧燃烧时提高40~100°C.在生产中使用后,降低了燃烧消耗,提高了炉子作业率和产量.经多次试验,在氧油枪端部采用了冷却良好的结构和紫铜材料,保证了其安全性和较长的寿命.为了降低长焰氧油枪的燃烧噪音,采用一些行之有效的措施,使燃烧过程能稳定地于枪口开始,燃烧噪音降低到与油枪接近的水平.

The characteristics of gasoline engine under oxygen enrichment combustion are investigated. The results show that the indicating power can be increased by 4.8% when the oxygen is increased by 1% in the gas inlet and that the mechanical efficiency is increased with the fuel consumption decreased under oxygen enrichment. It is also shown that the energy consumption of oxygen is important in considering if oxygen enrichment is adopted.

以汽油机为对象 ,研究富氧燃烧对其指示功率、机械效率、油耗等性能指标的影响。同时考虑制氧能耗 ,分析汽油机富氧燃烧时的总能耗。结果表明 ,汽油机采用富氧燃烧可以增加指示功率 ,富氧 1 % ,指示功率增长率增加 4 .8% ;富氧燃烧可以降低汽油机油耗 ,增加机械效率 ,且设计机械效率越低 ,油耗降低越显著 ,机械效率增加幅度越大 ;制氧能耗对汽油机富氧燃烧的总能耗有直接影响 ,对于给定的制氧能耗 ,存在相应的临界设计机械效率。得到了临界设计机械效率与制氧能耗的关系式 :η0 =0 .8+ 0 .1 2 eNy-0 .350 .373。

Th e theory of oxygen-enrichment combustion and current situation of BaoSteel's rot ary furnace was presented in this paper.The combustion process was studied base d on numerical simulation and optimum computation.The results at different oxyg en-enrichment conditions were demonstrated.The effect of the oxygen enrichment combustion on gas con-sumption and economic benefit was analyzed in detail.

在分析了富氧燃烧理论的基础上,结合宝钢环形加热炉的实际生产状况,通过燃烧过程的数值模拟和优化仿真计算,讨论了在不同富氧率条件下的节能效果,重点分析了采用富氧燃烧技术后的节能降耗效果以及由此产生的经济效益。
