Heat coefficient K of the car body heat insulation wall is the main target on conductivity of heat of the car body and is also one of the basic parameters in calculating the heating power of cars.From the characteristic of trans- mitting heat of the car body heat insulation wall and according to the common program on the definite differential principle,the temperature field and heat coefficient K of the car body heat insulation wall of the 25.5 meter coaches are calculated out on TQ-16 computer.The calculating results close to the actual measurement.This pogram can be used to carry out the optimum design of the structure of the car body heat insulation wall.The main factors of the heat coefficient influenced on the wall are analyzed here.

车辆隔热壁的传热系数是评价车体隔热性能的重要指标,是车辆热工计算的基本参数之一。本文从车辆隔热壁传热特点出发,根据有限差分原理编制了通用程序,在TQ-16机上计算了25.5米硬席座车和软卧车隔热壁内部温度场及传热系数K值,计算结果与实测数据比较接近。该程序可用于隔热壁结构的优化设计。文中并对影响隔热壁传热系数的主要因素进行了分析。

With the development of heat technology, the uaage of new type materials and the spreading of the prefabrication of burying heat pipe directly, it is a remarkable problem of how to determine steady thermal conductivity of heat presetcvation structure.The essay is discussing the determining method to get thermal conductivity practical usage quality representing heat preservation structure of pipe insulation apparatus and the significance of hear preservation engineering quality by analying the determined result of two common thermal insulation materials (polyurethane spongy plas-tic and silico acid magnesium)in three ways.
