         Ammonium molybdate has been reported to have a protective effect on tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) reaction product against alcohol. It was intended in this study to differentiate its effect against alcohol and high pH. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)labeled sections were treated with ammonium molybdate after incubation with TMB.
