本文应用大系统递阶控制理论,对入流为确定的梯级水库群进行长期最优调度,建立了大系统递阶控制模型。该模型把水库群在空间和时间上进行分解,建立了塔姆拉三级分解协调结构。第一级(单一时段)最优化问题用0.618法求解。第二、第三级协调器采用混合法进行协调。最后对一实例在IBM-PC88微机上完成计算,得出了满意的结果。实践证明该模型占用计算机内存少,省机时,并用微机可解决水库群优化调度问题。

简述了我国石化企业中热能动力系统的现状和优化问题。以某大型石化企业的蒸汽系统为例,建立了优化调度的数学模型并编制成应用软件。运算结果与实际运行工况相比较,说明可获得明显的节能效果,对热能动力系统进行优化调度的应用前景广阔。

Using the theory and methods on large scale systems and fuzzy mathematical programming theory and method, this paper studies fuzzy optimal operation of the multireservoir power system, while develops the fuzzy optimizing dispatching model. And an interaction balance-fuzzy programming(IB-FP) method is devised. Theoretical analysis and a case study shows that the fuzzy optimizing dispatching model and IB-FP msthod are very rational and effective.

利用大系统和模糊数学规划理论与方法,分析和探讨了水电站水库群模糊优化调度问题,建立了水电站水库群模糊优化调度模型,提出一种目标协调-模糊规划(IB-FP)法。理论分析和实例计算表明,所建立的模糊优化调度模型和提出的IB-FP法是可行和有效的。
