本文对密度检验法原理、方法作了扼要介绍。采用密度检验法,对电真空器件用无氧铜含氧量进行了检测试验研究,并对检验含氧量的各种方法进行了讨论。结果表明,密度检验法与我国现行的氢裂评级法大致相符,说明密度检验法是科学的、可行的。
