本文提出了一个在瞬态对流和热辐射边界条件下,陶瓷发动机燃烧室不稳定传热二维数值分析模型。其中,燃烧室零件的不稳定热传导采用了轴对称有限(?)法,瞬态对流和热辐射边界条件由发动机循环模拟模型得到。该模型可以用来预测陶瓷燃烧室表面薄层的温度波分布、瞬态温度场以及瞬态热流分布等。本文还讨论了陶瓷镀层厚度和发功机转速对温度波动现象的影响,并以活塞和缸套为例,介绍了在陶瓷燃烧室内所发生的瞬态传热过程。

In this paper,Two dimensions numerical analysis is developed for the wear analysis of the piston ring based on the lubrication to evaluate the effects of wear.The calculating results show that the wear performance of piston ring significantly dependent on the running parameters.

Based on original design of the tunnel, rock covers with a decrease of 4 m is considered in the numerical simulations. From the numerical results of stress distribution, displacements,plastic zones of rock mass and pore-pressure distributions after excavation with rock cover decreasing 4 m,it can be concluded that the tunnel is stable even the rock cover of the subsea tunnel decreases 4 m compared to the original design elevation. Some conclusions are obtained which are useful for the future construction and other rock engineering.

为了验证厦门海底隧道最小顶板厚度比设计厚度减小时隧道的稳定性。在厦门海底隧道轴线的地质剖面图上 ,选取了 4个典型剖面 ,根据设计方案 ,将隧道轴线高程比原设计升高 4m ,依据流固耦合理论 ,应用三维快速拉格朗日法进行数值分析。从隧道轴线升高 4m时 ,开挖后的应力分布、洞周位移、塑性区、孔隙水压力分布等结果 ,可以得出将设计方案的轴线位置升高后 ,隧道是稳定的。同时 ,得到一些对后续施工和其他工程有一定的指导意义的有益结论。
