After building a boiler with fillet weld connecting furnace tube and tubeplate, the practical stress and temperature measurements have been carryed out near the weld on the boiler. Mean while, a testing model with the same fillet weld in size as practical one has been built. On the testing model, existing similar stress field, on experiment of low cycle fatigue up to 240.000 was done. From this, we can evertually deduce this kind of constructure of fillet weld on boiler is successful in application.

This paper introduces a manufacturing techinque for heat exchanger with longer shell,small- er inside diameter,larger thichness,more complex fabracation of the baffles and more accurate assembly.And this article also introduces the methods to prevent fillet weld between tube and tube sheet from cracking,due to large stress for temperature differential during the heat treatment of heat exchanger.

本文主要介绍了该台设备壳体长、内径小、壁厚、折流环制造复杂及装配精度高的工艺技术,并介绍了该设备在整体热处理过程中怎样避免由于温差应力过大而使管子管板的角焊缝产生裂纹的方法。
