本文在分析船体角焊缝受力情况的基础上,依据角焊缝的分类,指明每类角焊缝应达到的强度条件;对联系角焊缝,按其剪切工作情况,应用剪切力学模型,从本质上阐释“角焊缝剪切强度系数”(英国劳氏规范中的“Weld Factor”,ZC新《海规》中译为“焊接系数”)的力学概念;并用计算例题说明根据这个系数确定船体构架与壳板间角焊缝尺寸的步骤。本文内容有助于在船舶结构设计和建造中推广ZC新《海规》。

The article analyses the phenomenon called outcrop ribbing which would affect the beautiful contours of ships, and analyses the fillet weld, welding stress, welding conditions which would affect outcrop ribbing. It also introduces some appropriate welding procedure to prevent and correct outcrop ribbing.
