The oil separating mud pump used in mining as a means of transportation of mineral mud is a new type of reciprocating pump.In order to fulfill the requirement of optimum design, reasonable use of materials, improvement of the products and prolongation of the service life of the machine, the dynamic state experiments of the separating vessel ( the weakest component of the machine ) of the 2DGN-30/25 type pump were performed and analyzed.The strain and vibration signals of the separating vessel were recorded by the magnetic recorder.The data of the recorded signals were put into the statistical analyser CF-700 for statistical and frequency spectrum analysis. As a result of data processing, the dynamic strain analysis and vibrational characteristics of the vessel were obtained.The obtained results provided useful references for the designers.The dynamic strength and the vibration of the vessel were scientifically estimated.

矿山用以输送矿浆的油隔离泥浆泵是往复泵的新型产品。为了优化设计,合理使用材料,提高产品质量,延长泵的寿命,我们对2DGN——30/25型泵的易损部件——隔离罐进行动态试验分析与研究。将磁带记录仪记录下的隔离罐的应变信号和振动信号,输入至CF——700统计分析仪作统计特性分析及频谱分析。通过对信号的数据处理,为设计隔离罐提供了有益的参数,并对隔离罐的强度和振动作出了科学的评价。

The distribution rules of both the stresses and the equivalent stresses of the "Fourth Strength Theory" of the vessel body were investigated. The strength of the separating vessel of the oil separating mud pump is analysed according to-the theories of the spacial axial symmetric finite element method. With the aid of electronic computer the stresses of the separating vessel were calculated. The distribution rules of both the stresses and the equivalent stresses of the "Fourth Strength Theory" of the vessel body were investigated. The effects of the vessel body on strength were fully investigated under each of the following conditions: (1) When the thickness of the vessel body is changed. (2) The positions of the supports of the vessel altered.(3) Both inner diameter and the height of the vessel arc changed, but the volume keep constant. Useful conclusions are obtained therefrom. Conclusions obtained are useful and beneficial to the improvement of the quality of the products, the decrement of the manufacturing cost and to create new type products. This paper may be served as a valuable reference to those who work in the field of strength of the pressure vessels.

本文利用空间轴对称有限元理论,分析了油隔离泥浆泵隔离罐的强度问题。根据电子计算机计算的结果,分析了罐体的应力分布规律和第四强度理论的相当应力的分布规律。并分别研究了改变罐的厚度,改变罐的支承位置和容积不变改变罐的内径和高度等三种情况对罐体强度的影响,从而得到一些有益的结论。对提高产品的质量,降低成本,创优质产品有一定的积极作用。另外对研究轴对称压力容器的强度问题有一定的参考价值。

An intermediate oil separating .box was installed on the L-11/7 oil lubricated air compressor. Stufied PTFE piston ring and guiding ring are to be used and the piston rod are lengthened. Then it be able to prevent the oil climbing through the original rod to the cylinder, and to ensure the compressed gas be fundamentally free from oil.

本机是在L—11/7型有油空气压缩机的基础上设置中体,在中体内安装刮油盒,采用组合活塞结构,使用填充聚四氟乙烯制成的活塞环和导向环。加长活塞杆,使油不会从活塞杆外圆上升到气缸体内,从而使排出的气体基本无油。
