通过对在钢筋混疑土、花岗岩等建筑物上钻孔特点的分析,本文设计了一种新型的取芯式薄壁金钢石钻头。与目前使用的人工凿孔与电锤汀孔方法相比,采用这种薄壁金钢石钻头,不仅能顺利切割钢筋混凝土、花岗岩等所有建筑材料,而且钻孔尺寸精确、表面光洁度高,对墙体不产生冲击危害;钻进施工时无粉尘与噪音,对环境不产业污染;对钻机功率与加压能力要求不高,便于钻机小型化。

This paper deals with the laser welding of diamond core drills and the effect of technical parameters such as the focus position,beam power density and welding speed on the welding strength.The experiment results provide the better technical parameters to correct the practical welding procedure.

提出了采用镍铁合金作为电沉积金刚石工具结合剂的构想。通过分析研究 ,确立了工艺方案 ,对影响镍铁合金沉积层质量的主要因素进行了分析 ,优化了底层沉积、上砂沉积以及加厚沉积时的镀液温度、阴极电流密度等。金刚石套料钻的研制成功 ,证实了镍铁合金作为电沉积工具结合剂的可行性。
