The efficacy and the affecting factors of ozone oxidization for TNT-containing wastewater were studied. The related experiments were carried out by inletting continuously O_3 into the water under the conditions that the affecting factors were controlled in levels. The concentration of TNT and the COD value of the wastewater were monitored during the process of oxidization. The reactions involved in the wastewater treatment include direct and indirect oxidization ones. The former consists of the reaction between O_3 and the pollutants,while the latter is the one of hydroxyl radical with the pollutants,which is caused by O_3. Both of the reaction′s contributions to the degradation of TNT depend on the pH value of wastewater. During the ozone oxidization of TNT,trinitrobenzene-like by-products (except TNT) were formed and accumulated in the wastewater with pH below 8,but in the wastewater with pH=11,these by-products were not monitored. Rising pH,lowing TNT concentration and adding pH buffer are useful measures to increase the TNT removal efficiency by ozone oxidization. Therefore,ozone oxidization process is expected to be suitable for treating the TNT wastewater with higher pH and lower concentration of TNT.

为研究臭氧(O3)对2,4,6 三硝基甲苯(TNT)废水的处理功效及其影响因素的作用规律,在控制影响因素水平的条件下,向TNT废水连续通O3进行试验,采样分析TNT浓度、COD等。结果表明,O3氧化TNT主要有O3与污染物的直接反应,及由O3引发产生的·OH与污染物的间接反应两种,两者对TNT降解的贡献受控于pH值;对pH<8的TNT废水,O3氧化可形成三硝基苯化合物(除TNT之外)等副产物,并引起浓度的积累,而对pH=11为废水,则未观测到此现象;提高废水的pH值、降低TNT浓度及添加缓冲溶液均利于O3氧化效率的提高。可见,对于pH值较高、浓度较低的TNT废水,利用单独O3氧化法处理是可行的。

In order to assess the effects of the chemical compositions in TNT-containing wastewater on TNT degradation with O3/H2O2 ,the experiments were carried out with HCO3- , N03- ,SO4 - , HCOO- , Cu2+ and A13+. Results show that HCO3- ,HCOO- and Cu2+ can suppress the TNT degradation with O3/ H2O2,and their inhibition ability is: Cu2+ > HCOO- > HC03-. Al3+ can increase the TNT degradation, and the effects of NO3- ,SO4- on TNT degradation with O3/H2O2 were not found.

为评价TNT废水中不同化学组分对O3/H2O2降解功效的影响,选择HCO3-、NO3-、SO4-、HCOO-、Cu2+及Al3+等进行了实验研究。以TNT去除率为评价指标,结果表明,溶液中HCO3-、HCOO-及Cu2+对O3/H2O2去除TNT功效具有抑制作用,其抑制能力的大小为Cu2+>HCOO->HCO3-;Al3+具有促进作用;NO3-、SO4-对O3/H2O2去除TNT功效几乎没有任何影响。

In the system of O_3/H_2O_2,the reaction between O_3 and H_2O_2 can produce hydroxyl radical(·OH),so it is used to degrade the objective pollutants in the wastewater. Chemical impurities in wastewater may influence the producing or/and lifetime of ·OH,then affect the efficacy of O_3/H_2O_2 process. In this paper, based on the quality of the 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT)-containing wastewater, HCO_3~-、NO_3~-、HCOO~-、MnO_4~-、SO_4~(2-) and Cl~- were selected to study the effect of anions on the degradation of TNT by O_3/H_2O_2process.The results show that the effect of anion on the degradation of TNT was controlled by its type and concentration, HCO_3~-、HCOO~- and MnO_4~- can inhibit the TNT degradation and their inhibition ability enhanced with the concentration increasing, and HCOO~->HCO_3~->MnO_4~-;NO_3~-、SO_4~(2-) and Cl~- have no affect. HCOO~- and HCO_3~- may influence the producing of ·OH and MnO_4~- has effect on both the producing and lifetime of ·OH, and then decreases the degradation of TNT by O_3/H_2O_2process.

结合实际三硝基甲苯(TNT)废水的水质状况,选择HCO3-、NO3-、HCOO-、MnO4-、SO42-及Cl-等为代表性污染组分,以TNT去除率及反应速率常数为评价指标,开展了阴离子对O3/H2O2降解TNT功效影响的实验研究。结果表明,废水中阴离子对O3/H2O2降解TNT功效的影响,与离子种类及浓度的关系密切,HCO3-、HCOO-、MnO4-等对O3/H2O2降解TNT具有抑制作用,且随浓度的增加而加强,抑制作用能力HCOO->HCO3->MnO4-,而NO3-、SO42-及Cl-等对O3/H2O2降解TNT作用功效几乎没有影响;HCOO-、HCO3-可能影响O3/H2O2体系中·OH的形成,MnO4-既影响·OH的形成又影响其寿命,使O3/H2O2降解TNT的功效降低。
