This article studes gain and phase characteristics of a parametric amplifier with the emphasis on phase characteristic.In this paper influence of pumping frequency and power variantion on gain and phase characteristic of the parametric amplifier is characterized by a mathematical model of all differential multiple argument function. And variation rates of phase of parametric amplifier with pumping frequency and power are defined respectively as θ'f p and θ'p. Thus influence of pumping frequency and power on phase characteristic of the parametric amplifier can be separated and studied individually, analysti-cal result, formulae and experimental methods are obtained.These formulae may be used to estimate both systematic phase error and random phase error of parametric amplifier.In this article, an experimental model of three parametric amplifiers with one pumping sourse is presented. It's gain and phase characteristic of signal frequency, influence of pumping frequency and power on gain and phase characteristic of the parametric amplifier, relative phase shift difference between two channals are also given.

Based on analysis and experimental results, an intelligent monitor system has been designed for the tool conditions. The resolution of area of tool breakage is 0.01mm2. The response time of tool breakage is less than 0.1ms. Percentage of escapes and mistakes on report is less than 5%. After tests in experimental and production environments this system is proved practical and advanced.

通过对钻、车、镗削刀具失效过程中产生的声发射信号的分析,获得了信号的频谱特性,建立了描述刀具破损、磨损状态的数学模型。依据分析及实验结果,设计了一个智能化的刀具状态监控系统。刀具破损面积的分辨率为0.01mm~2,刀具破损的响应时间小于0.1ms,漏报率及误报率小于5%。

On the basis of the time-shift characteristic of signals, this paper analyies the error of drive chains through example with the position-shift measuring method and the error separation principle and finds out the error source in the drive chains. The measurement of error with this method can be carried out with only two inductance comparators and a x-y function recorder, no high precis- ion reference element is needed. This is a convenient, practical method with wide application.

本文根据信号的时移特性,用转位测量法并结合误差分离原理,通过实例,对传动链传动误差进行分析,从而测出传动误差的主要来源。该方法不需要高精度的基准件,仅用两个电感比较仪和一个X-Y函数记录仪,即可对误差进行测量。因此,可测范围广及简便实用。
