The indefinite information in dam safety monitoring is classified into random information, fuzzy information, grey information, unascertained information, and blind information, and their forms of expression and mathematical treatment methods are generalized. The specific forms of indefinite information are briefly discussed according to the characteristics of information acquisition and treatment in dam safety monitoring. Finally, the prospect of application of indefinite information to dam safety monitoring is probed, and a new train of thought is provided for analysis and appraisal of dam safety based on the indefinite information treatment method.

首先根据大坝安全监控研究对象不确定性的性质 ,将不确定性信息分为随机信息、模糊信息、灰信息、未确知信息以及盲信息等 ,并概述了这几种不确定性信息的表现形式及其处理方法 ;然后针对大坝安全监控信息采集和处理的特点 ,简述了不确定性信息在大坝安全监控中的具体表现形式 ;最后探索了不确定性信息在大坝安全监控领域中的应用前景 ,并提供了一种采用不确定性信息处理方法对大坝安全进行分析和评价的新的思路

基于信息隐藏在隐蔽通信等应用中的特点,该文提出了一种新的信息隐藏盲提取算法,该算法根据人眼对图象DCT域的感知特性,对图象的DCT域系数进行特定的量化处理,将秘密数据隐藏在隐秘图象的DCT系数量化结果的奇偶特性上,提取时不需要覆盖图象,实现了秘密数据的盲提取。实验结果表明,该算法不仅能实现盲提取,而且具有较强的鲁棒性。该文提出的盲提取算法还可以应用于JPEG图象中,由于JPEG图象具有有效性高、应用普遍的特点,该算法的这一特性对于提高网络隐蔽通信的效率和隐蔽性具有重要意义。

运用未确知数学理论对地下水资源风险分析问题进行了初步研究。在定义了水文地质参数盲数、未确知风险等基本概念的基础上,尝试性地提出了盲信息下地下水资源补给量计算模型和允许开采量的未确知风险分析方法。实例研究表明,运用未确知数学理论进行地下水允许开采量确定的风险分析研究,所得结果较传统水文地质学方法计算结果更加符合实际情况。
