This paper presents the experimental study and numerical simulation of the internal circulation of two—phase flow in horizontal heated tube bundles.In the experiments the local void fractions in the horizontal tube bundles were measured with the single—fibre optical probes.A two—dimensional numerical analysis code based on the modified drift-flux model has been developed to study the low Reynolds number turbulence two-phase flows.In the modified drift-flux model, both the acceleration by gravity and the acclelration of the average volumetric flow are introduced to calculate the drift velocities in two—dimensional two—phase flows.The distributions of the vapour phase velocity, liquid phase velocity and void fraction were numerically obtained.The single-phase liquid and two-phase mixture flow structures simulated conform to the observations in the experiments.The calculated results of the void fractions agree reasonably well with the distributions of the void fraction measured in the experiments.

本文针对卧式火管式蒸汽发生器的结构特点,对水平加热管束间的汽液两相内循环特性进行了实验研究。用单纤光导探针测定了加热管束间的空泡份额分布。同时开发了二维汽液两相低雷诺数湍流漂移数学模型和相应的数值计算方法。数值计算结果与实验测量值符合良好,证实本文开发的数值模拟方法是可靠的。

Three dimensional two phase flow in horizontal heated tube bundles has been investigated experimentally and simulated numerically. In the experiments, a single fibre optical probe was developed to measure the local void fraction and a tri fibre optical probe was developed to measure the vapor bubble velocities inside the heated tube bundles. A mathematical model of three dimensional two phase low Reynolds number turbulent flow was developed based on the modified drift flux model and the internal circulation characteristics of the two phase flow in the tube bundles. A numerical simulation method was also developed to analyze the two phase flow structures. In the modified drift flux model both the acceleration by gravity and the acceleration of the average volumetric flow were taken into account for the calculation of the drift velocities. The modified drift flux model could then be applied to the analysis of multi dimensional two phase flows. The predicted distributions of the vapor phase velocity, the liquid phase velocity and the void fraction were agreed reasonably well with the experimental results. The results confirm that the modified drift flux model can correctly simulate three dimensional two phase flow.

针对卧式火管式蒸汽发生器的结构特点 ,对水平加热管束间的三维汽液两相流特性进行了实验研究。用单探头和三探头单纤光导探针分别测定了加热管束间的空泡份额分布和汽相速度分布。开发了三维汽液两相低雷诺数湍流漂移数学模型和相应的数值计算方法。为计算漂移数学模型中的汽相速度 ,综合考虑了重力和流体本身的加速作用对汽相漂移速度的影响 ,故该漂移数学模型可用于分析多维汽液两相流。计算结果与实验测量值符合良好 ,证明该数学模型是正确可靠的。

The research is focused on the development of new ways and solutions for concentration of Acrylamide.the hydrodynamic and evaporative characteristics of gas-carrying evaporator of sieve plate installed with a horizontal heated tube bundle above were experimentally investigated, and the experimental result was analyzed. The results show that pressure drop of sieve plate is significantly enhanced when heated tube bundle is installed. The tray pressure drop increases with increasing liquid flow rate when air velocity is constant. For a given liquid flow rate, the tray pressure drop remains almost constant in a large range of airflow rate. Also, the tray pressure drop decreases evidently with increasing liquid temperature. For the air-water system at room temperature, the humidity of outlet air with introduction of steam into the tube-bundle increases by 8.7%—12.6% in contrast with no steam introduction. The increasing steam rate can result in the increase in humidity of outlet air.

对筛板上方液层内置有水平加热管束的载气蒸发器的流体力学和蒸发性能进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,在气速一定时,筛板单板阻力随着液体流量的增大而提高;在液体流量一定,气速较大时筛板单板阻力不随气速而变化;随着液体温度的提高,筛板单板阻力明显减小;在相同条件下,上置管束的筛板单板阻力比普通筛板单板阻力明显增大。对于常温下的空气水体系,在相同条件下,加热管束通入加热蒸汽可使出口空气的湿含量提高8. 7%—12. 6%。随着加热管束通入蒸汽流量的增加,出口空气的湿含量进一步提高。
