The properties of the polyurethane were investigated using infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA), tensile and contact angle measurements, water absorption and emulsion stability test. It was shown that the PU emulsion was stable and the siloxane chains enriched on the PU surface. The water resistance of PU film increased and the bulk tensile properties of the PU film was not changed significantly with the siloxane-modification.

通过将由甲苯二异氰酸酯与聚四氢呋喃,二羟甲基丙酸反应制得的聚氨酯预聚体在低浓度氨基硅油的水乳液中扩链,合成了一种硅氧烷改性的聚氨酯水乳液,并用傅立叶红外光谱、ESCA 能谱、接触角仪、电子拉力试验机、吸水率测定及乳液稳定性测试对其进行研究。结果表明硅氧烷改性的聚氨酯水乳液稳定性好,硅氧烷在乳胶膜表面富集,对聚氨酯材料有明显的表面改性作用,材料耐水性提高,而本体的力学性质变化不大。

Polyester /rayon blends with soft handle and elasticity were given by padded with the emulsions ,squeezed to 70% pick up,dried at 100 ℃,and cured at 180 ℃ for 30 s . The fabric wrinkle recovery angle of polyester /rayon finished with RAS-1 or RAS-2 enhanced 5°(RAS-1)and 10°(RAS-2), as compared with the contrast fabrics finished with NAS-1[an amino silicone emulsion prepared from ASO-1 and [(Me 3Si) 2O]. 100% Cotton padded with above emulsions ,squeezed,dried,cured,had a area retention of 99 5% (RAS-1)and 99 7% (RAS-2);the contrast,98 5% (NAS-1),after CH 2Cl 2 extracting at 40 ℃ for 2h.

N,N-dimethyl-N-octadecylaminopropyltrimethoxy silane (BFS) was synthesized by γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and octadecyldimethylamine. The antibiotic properties and applications effects of BFS as well as that of BFS with ammosilicone emulsion in fabrics were studied. Experimental results indicated that on the condition of 10 g/L BFS emulsion, the treated cotton has antibiotic yield of 99.82 % to golden staphylococcus and 99.12 % to colon bacillus. When applying to fabrics in company with aminosilicone emulsion, BFS could impart the fabrics with good antibiotic properties, excellent softness, as well as pleasant handle. In addition, it also shows excellent finishing result with a weak acidic circumstance to BFS cooperated with amino silicone emulsion.

利用γ -氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与N ,N -二甲基十八胺反应 ,合成了N ,N -二甲基 -N -十八烷基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷季铵盐 (BFS) ,对其抑菌性能及与氨基硅微乳同浴使用的效果进行了测定和研究。结果表明 :BFS用量为 10g/L条件下 ,能使整理后的棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别达到 99 82 %和 99 12 % ;而与氨基硅微乳同浴使用 ,所整理的织物不仅抑菌效果显著 ,柔软性良好 ,而且具有舒适的手感 ;另外 ,弱酸性使用条件有助于BFS和氨基硅微乳的协同效应 ,表现出最佳的整理效果。
