目的 :通过研究不同天然药物对血链球菌生长及产酸的影响 ,为今后筛选出能有效调理口腔菌群生态平衡的药物奠定基础。方法 :选用变形链球菌 SB179作为实验菌株。测定川芎、血藤、五倍子等 11种天然药物的最低抑菌浓度 MIC。再以低于 MIC的 4个浓度配制含药的 TPY液体培养基 ,调定其初始 p H为 7.4,接种血链球菌 ,厌氧培养后测定其终末 p H。结果 :当药物浓度低于或等于 8.0 0 0 mg/ m l时 ,各天然药物对血链球菌的生长均有一定的抑制作用 ,且以五倍子作用较强。槟榔、茶多酚、蜂房、大黄、三七、血藤、白芷对血链球菌的产酸具有一定的抑制能力 ,而黄芩、川芎、五倍子和儿茶没有明显的抑制作用。结论 :槟榔、茶多酚、蜂房、大黄、三七、血藤和白芷对血链球菌的生长和产酸都有一定的抑制作用。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of squamous cell carcinoma on oral bacteria.Methods: This study investigated the microbial contents of the plaque on the surfaces of oral squamous cell carcinomas. Samples were obtained from the central surface of lesions, contiguous healthy mucosa and saliva of 42 patients with oral squamous carcinoma before and after operation.Results: The median of bacterial colony forming units per milliliter (CFUs/ml) of saliva before operation was 8.10×10+8 CFUs/ml. The median of CFUs per square centimeter of the tumor surface was 5.21×10+5 CFUs/cm+2 which was significantly higher than that of the healthy (the control) mucosa (1.77×10+4 CFUs/cm+2, P=0.0001). The CFUs per square centimeter of mucosa surface at the operative zone was 4.34×10+5 CFUs/cm+2 which was also significantly higher than that of the healthy (control) mucosa(7.24×10+4 CFUs/cm+2, P=0.0001).Conclusion: Oral carcinoma can break the balance of oral microflora, which may be one of the reasons leading to the high susceptivity of these compromised patients to systemic infection.

目的 :探讨口腔鳞癌对口腔菌群的影响。方法 :42例口腔鳞癌患者常规联合根治术后给予头孢噻肟钠、奈替米星抗感染 2周 ,分别检测其手术前后唾液、病变区粘膜或术区粘膜、正常粘膜可培养细菌的数量、构成比和检出率。结果 :术前唾液细菌量 (x =8 10× 10 8CFU/ml,lgx =8 90 84)明显高于术后 ,术前病变区粘膜细菌量 (x =5 2 1×10 5CFU/cm2 ,lgx =5 716 9)远高于对侧正常粘膜 ,优势菌群发生改变 ,病变区粘膜有外籍菌定植 (白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌 )。术后切口区粘膜细菌量 (x =4 34× 10 5CFU/cm2 ,lgx =5 6 372 )仍远高于对侧正常粘膜 (x =7 2 4× 10 4 CFU/cm2 ,lgx =4 85 99) ,链球菌属所占比例成倍增加。结论 :口腔鳞癌可导致患者口腔菌群失调 ,增加感染的危险性及继发局部或全身感染

Objective To assess the effects of different natural medicines on the growth and acid production of Actinomyces viscosus, thus making preparations for screening an effective agent to mediate the balance of oral microflora. Methods Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246 was chosen as the experimental bacteria. 11 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, such as Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Sargentodoxa Cuneata and Galla Chinensis were extracted by means of maceration, percolation and reflux extraction. First, the values of MIC of various extracts were measured. Second, the experimental medium containing various extracts was prepared. The concentration of the extracts was lower than the MIC of the medicine, and the initial pH of the medium was 7.4. Then Actinomyces viscosus was cultured in the medium for 48h, and finally the rest pH was measured. Results When the concentration of the medicines was lower than or equal to 8.000mg/ml, it was found that all kinds of medicine except Radix Notoginseng can inhibit the growth of Actinomyces viscosus effectively, especially Polistes mandarinus and Semen Arecae. Tea polyphenols, Radix Notoginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Polistes mandarinus and Sargentodoxa cuneata can inhibit the acid production of Actinomyces viscosus effectively, but Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Semen Arecae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Galla Chinensis and Catechu have no preliminary effect on it. Conclusion Tea polyphenols, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Polistes mandarinus and Sargentodoxa cuneata can inhibit the growth and the acid production of Actinomyces viscosus effectively.

目的 研究不同天然药物对粘性放线菌生长及产酸的影响 ,为筛选能有效调理口腔菌群生态平衡的药物奠定基础。方法 选用粘性放线菌标准株 ATCC 192 46作为实验菌株。测定川芎、血藤和五倍子等十一种天然药物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。再以低于 MIC的 4个浓度配制含药的 TPY液体培养基 ,调定其初始 p H为 7.4,接种粘性放线菌 ,厌氧培养后测定其终末 p H。结果 当药物浓度低于或等于 8.0 0 0 mg/ ml时 ,除三七外 ,其他药物对粘性放线菌的生长都有一定的抑制作用 ,且以槟榔和蜂房较强。茶多酚、三七、大黄、蜂房和血藤对粘性放线菌的产酸具有一定的抑制能力 ,而黄芩、槟榔、川芎、五倍子、白芷和儿茶没有明显的抑制作用。结论 茶多酚、大黄、蜂房和血藤对粘性放线菌的生长和产酸都有一定的抑制作用
