The stock feed makes use of the raw material of herbaceous peat etc. and is solid fermented by the breeding. Its crude protein is more than 19 percent. After the experiment of poison treating determination and feeding,it shows that the stock feed has some advantages,for instance,it is safe without poison, the result of animal's feeding is good, peat can replace some concentrated feeds and the economic and social benofits of them are notable so that it can save on food and accords with the national conditions. therefore,it is easy to popularize the stock feeds.

通过对泥炭原料、生产菌种、培养条件和后加工工艺路线的优选,建立了我国第一条年产3000吨泥炭固体发酵饲料的工业生产线。利用草本泥炭等原料,采用选育的好食性链孢霉固体发酵制成饲料,其粗蛋白可达18%以上。经毒理测定和喂养试验表明,安全无毒,动物喂养效果好,并能以泥炭取代部分精饲料,节约粮食,符合国情,“两效益”显著,易于推广应用。

The combination of the use of the wasted brewing yeast as the partial materials with the present soy sauce produced through the low salt solid fermented process will leadnot only to the reduction of costs but aslo to the improvement of the quality so as to find thenew raw materials and the way to the production and the comprehensive utilization of thewasted brewing yeast.
