OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of the neonate hypoxic ischemic en-cephalopathy(NHIE)in high altitude. The Bultrasonograms of 250 domestic(193 cases,Qinghai.Cbina 2 260m)and forein(57 cases,Africa,1950m)cases with NEIE were analysed.The incidenceof the NPHE in high altitude was higher than that in plain area.It is important to diagnose NHLEwith Bultrasound for neonate in high altitude.

通过对国内外高海拔地区250例新生儿颅脑B型超声影像检查,阐明缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的发病率。以不正常的出生的新生儿及早产儿为主要对象。结果:发现我省高原地区新生儿及早产儿HIE明显高于我国内地检出率,我省为79.27%;国外黑族人为89.47%;体重在1500克以下的早产儿我省死亡率为44.44%,国外黑族人为100%,且全部确诊为艾滋病。提示高海拔地区新生儿(HIE)B型超声影像检查的重要性。

The free amino acids in the body fluid from patrents with neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopothy were determined by means of DNS-Cl reaction-polyamide thin layer chromatography. Comparing with the body fluid from 34 healthy controls, it was found that (1)Levels of 7 free amino acids in CSF of neonates with HIE signiticantly increased. Levels of Glu and Asp among 7 free amino acids had positive relation to degree of HIE; (2)After therapy, the levels of 7 amino acid in CSF of neonates with HIE...

Objection To study the expression of the nitric oxide(NO),Glutathion Peroxidase(GSH-PX)and Tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(SCF)of neonate hypoxic-ischemic enceph alopathy(HIE)and the relations among their expressions in different periods and degrees of HIE.Methods Tested the concentrations of NO and GSH-PX and TNF in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days and in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant(HIE within 2 hours),1 day,3 days and restoring stage and Compared with them of normal contrast term.Analysed the reasons and significance of NO,GSH-PX and TNF changes Results The NO concentration is the highest in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE 1 day.The GSH-PX concentration is the opposite .There are founded to have significant differences( P <0 01) after comparing the NO concentrations and the GSH-PX concentrations in plasmas of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant ,1 day,3 days with of normal contrast team respectively.But there isn't significant difference( P >0 05)between them in plasmas of HIE on restoring stage and of normal contrast team.It is negative correlation whatever between the NO concentration and the GSH-PX concentration in plasma or in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days.The more serious the disease is,the higher the NO concentration is,the lower the GSH-PX concentrations is. There is significant difference between the TNF concentrations in plasma of HIE and normal contrast team during acute periods,but there isn't difference in restoring period.Conclusion NO, GSH-PX and TNF play along with the course of HIE and play a important role in neonate HIE.Testing the concentration of NO, TNF and GSH-PX in plasma and in CSF can also help to judge the degree of disease and the course of disease.
