It was shown that,under the conditions of air flow of 0.32m3/h,HRT7.0 and pH 8.5~9.0,the COD degradation speed of chemical fiber wastewater was the quickest. COD removal rate could reach to over 93%.
The reactor operated continuously for 30d,the effluent COD and NH3-N lowered to below100 mg/L and 10mg/L respectively,reaching the national first class discharge standard of chemical fiber wastewater.
Chemical fiber tail wastewater was treated by facultative anaerobe-PACT process, when the influent COD was 250~450mg/L,the effluent COD≤100mg/L and removal rate reached to over 80%; various indexes could meet the first class standard in the national Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
