In order to find a non-vanadium catalyst for the oxidation of SO_2, experiments with Cr-Sn system have been carried out, with the emphasis on the proportion of active components, methods of preparation, choice of supporting material and methods of addition of the support, service life and thermal resistance, on the work basis of the previous people (1,2). Results have demostrated that, on the Cr-Sn catalyst prepared by the impregnation-calcination method proposed by us, at temperature of 500℃....

In order to find a non-vanadium catalyst for the oxidation of SO_2, experiments with Cr-Sn system have been carried out, with the emphasis on the proportion of active components, methods of preparation, choice of supporting material and methods of addition of the support, service life and thermal resistance, on the work basis of the previous people (1,2). Results have demostrated that, on the Cr-Sn catalyst prepared by the impregnation-calcination method proposed by us, at temperature of 500℃. and space velocity of 3600 hr~-1, the conversion of SO_2 has reached to 86%. Inspecting this catalyst with the plant feed gas has shown that it has a durable service life and anti-poisonous character, therefore it has been considered to have a certain value in the industrial production.

为了寻找一种用于SO_2氧化的非钒催化剂,本文介绍了对Cr—Sn系催化剂进行研究的情况。在前人工作的基础上[1,2],我们着重对活性组分的配比、制备方法、载体的选择及加载方法、催化剂的寿命、耐热性等方面进行了研究,并在工厂中用原料气对催化剂进行了考察。结果证明,用我们的方法(浸渍锻烧法)制得的Cr—Sn催化剂在500℃、空速3600时-1的条件下,SO_2的转化率可达86%。同时,用工厂原料气考察的结果证明,该催化剂具有一定的寿命及检查性能。因此,我们认为该催化剂具有一定的工业价值。

A simple method of preparing agarose gel suitable for immuno-electrophorasis andserum lipoprotein electrophoretic separation has been developed.By using a dialyzing membrane treated with alcohol as the supporting material foragarose gel electrophoresis a colorless transparent backgroud has been obtained.Thistransparent agarose gel electrophoretogram is excellent for optical scanning,thus thepercentage of each lipoprotein component in the electrophoretogram can easily bemeasured.With this self-prepared agarose gel it is possible to separate serum lipoproteins inthe presence of albumin into five clearly cut bands.The five major bands arechylomicrons,β-lipoprotein,pre-β_2-lipoprotein,pre-β_1-lipoprotein and α-lipoprotein.Besides,there have appeared infrequently two other fractions,a very slowly movingpre-α_3-lipoprotein and pre-α-lipoprotein.It is,therefore,possible to classify thelipoprotein electrophoretograms according to the number and the rate of mobilitiesof the pre-β-lipoprotein,the intensity of the color of each band and the presence ofehylomicrons into eight types,namely,Ⅰ,Ⅱ_1,Ⅱ_2,Ⅱ_3,Ⅱ_4,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,each with itsdistinctive characteristics.The densitometry scanning determination of agarose gel lipoprotein electrophore-togram has given good results and satisfactory repetitions,so that a quantitativedetermination of each lipoprotein component can very easily be made.

1.本文用自制琼脂糖进行人血清蛋白质和脂蛋白电泳及免疫电泳均获得较理想的结果。2.用酒精处理透析膜做为琼脂糖凝胶的载膜透明无色不吸附油红“O”染料,获得了较理想的载膜,便于长期保存和分析,极适宜于光密度描绘和测定各种脂蛋白组分和百分含量。3.在清蛋白的存在下以自制琼脂糖进行电泳获得了清晰透明整齐,分辨力强的电泳图谱,可将人血清脂蛋白分为五种主要的脂蛋白,乳糜微粒,β脂蛋白,前β_2脂蛋白,前β_1脂蛋白和α脂蛋白五种,以及两种不经常出现的脂蛋白,极慢速的前β_3脂蛋白和前α脂蛋白。4.根据前β脂蛋白的出现与否,泳动的速度,出现的多少,染色的深浅以及乳糜微粒存在与否可将高脂蛋白血清电泳图谱分为八种不同的类型:即Ⅰ,Ⅱ_1,Ⅱ_2,Ⅱ_3,Ⅱ_4,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,及Ⅴ八种。5.自制琼脂糖电泳重复性较好,光密度测定同一标本获得了满意的结果。

本文指出国产聚偏氟乙烯树脂(PVDF)在萃取色层中的新用途。与常用的六种担体相比,PVDF 给出最低的对比塔板高度,其洗脱曲线窄而对称,拖尾效应甚小。同时,作者详细研究了某些长寿命裂变产物在 HDEHP-PVDF 柱上的最宜吸附和洗脱条件,并提出系统分离流程。色层柱采用常温常压操作,典型的萃取色层条件为:玻璃柱(φ8×75毫米);担体,PVDF(80—100目);固定相,0.5毫升 HDEHP/克 PVDF;洗脱剂,各种浓度的 HNO_3和8%H_2C_2O_4溶液;流速,0.5毫升/分。
