Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) is an important branch of multimedia technique. It is a teaching method by helping teachers through the way of combining literature, sounds, pictures and cartoons and integrating them into computer. This paper describes the application of CAI in cognition practice of the course principle of chemical engineering and introduces the fundamentals, methods and usage of synthetic ammonia mechanism emulation system. This system can not only be used in teaching, which will provide a direct vision of chemical engineering processes, but also offer students vivid environments through operating the computer emulating chemical engineering manufacturing process. This system is very suitable for training technicians in plants as well.

印刷机制造业正向信息化迈进,在建立产品的三维数据模型后,能够进行机构的参数化调整,是实现机构仿真的基础。为了使通用三维设计软件更适合行业特点,使用更方便、快捷,应用VB对通用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行了二次开发。通过对SolidWorks API函数的调用,建立了印刷机前规机构的三维参数化调整,模块直接挂在SolidWorks的菜单下,界面统一、操作方便。
