A supplement of adding market stage to product life cycle is proposed. The cost in product all-life-cycle should mainly include three parts of product cost, customer cost and band cost. A cost principle of robust tolerance design is given according to QLF. The tolerance model is solved with Matlab. Results are easy to get and robust to design.
