The description and modelling of "an entire manufacturing process is the key to realizing manufacturing intelligence. A life-cycle engineering approach to the modelling problem is presented. In this approach, an entire manufacturing process is considered to be formed by a variety of activities of objects such as product, process, logistics, software and craftsman. Individyal objects taking part in the manufacturing process are specific but correlated and with finite life-cycles....

The description and modelling of "an entire manufacturing process is the key to realizing manufacturing intelligence. A life-cycle engineering approach to the modelling problem is presented. In this approach, an entire manufacturing process is considered to be formed by a variety of activities of objects such as product, process, logistics, software and craftsman. Individyal objects taking part in the manufacturing process are specific but correlated and with finite life-cycles. From this point of view, a knowledge-based integrated representation model for products is developed which can provide a framework for the handling of manufacturing knowledge in the product life-cycle.

制造过程的描述与建模是实现制造智能的一个关键环节.提出了制造过程描述的生命期工程方法,该方法认为制造过程是由一系列对象所组成的,譬如:产品、过程、后勤、软件和制造者因素,参与制造过程的每一个对象都是特定的、相关联的,并具有一定的有效期.在此基础上,提出一个基于知识的产品集成表示模型,该模型将为产品生命期中制造知识的处理提供一种框架.
