On the basis of the concept of the spline function, a new kind of high rail superelevation along transition curve is set up and put forward, utilizing the character of the B spline function. Meanwhile the derived formula and the main data are listed. After checking,the transtion curve accords with the actual situation of the railway curve and meets the requirement of the express stability.
