The results showthat there was no lack of the distribution of wetlands although the dry climate and its fluc-tuation tendency towards warmness and dryness against the development of wetlands. Theexistence of wetlands provided the favourable envirorunental conditions for human to liveand multiply in the arid areas including the development of agriculture, animal husbandry,economy and even modern civilization of oases. The wetlands, however, are in deteriora-tion from ancient times to the present. The reason leading to such a result is a comprehen-siv negative effect of the dynamics of human-earth system and the warm-dry climaticfluctuation endency in China. The former means that the human action in the system hasincreased rapidly, and the latter means that the climate fluctuates towards warrnness anddryness. Therefore, how to rahonally protect and utilize the wetlands in arid areas is anurgent research subject for sustainable development of the regional eco-economy.

本文用历史观点,初步探讨了我国干旱区湿地与人─地系统动力学机制。研究表明,虽然干旱区气候及其干暖化发展与湿地发生学相悖,但也不乏湿地分布.干旱区湿地一直处在衰退过程之中,其原因总的来说是区域性人—地系统动力学负效应综合作用的结果。
