This paper summarizes the results of our experimental research on the stiffness and crack width of reinforced concrete members under short-term loading and the corresponding proposals for calculation during the past period of more than twenty years. Herein are included flexure members and members under eccentric loading(tension or compression). The computation can be carried out by means of a series of universal formulas which form a complete calculation system. For flexure members, this system consists of reinforced concrete, reinforced light concrete and prestressed concrete members; moreover, not only the members with common sections and reinforcements, but thin web members and members with circular hollow section are also involved. At the same time, biaxial flexure R. C. members and those with common and circular hollow sections subjected to eccentric loading are also included. The methods proposed in this paper for calculating the stiffness and crack width of reinforced concrete flexure members have already been adopted in the Chinese Design Code(TJ 10-74)published in 1974.The proposed equations are derived from explicit mechanical models, the physical concept of which is quite clear. It is shown in the checking that all equations are in accord with the experimental data. The stiffness equation proposed for reinforced concrete flexure members as compared with those in the USSR and USA Codes, and in CEBFIP Model Code, is not only simple, but also accords well with the results of experiments.This paper also presents the research results for continuous beams and their related calculation methods. Besides the research and calculation materials for the stage of working load, the complete moment-curvature curve and the calculation of ultimate deformations are provided too. The number of specimens exceeds 500.

本文总结了20多年来我们对短期荷载作用下钢筋混凝土构件刚度和裂缝的试验研究成果和在计算方面相应的建议。构件包括受弯构件和偏心受力(受拉和受压)构件,这些构件可用统一的公式计算,组成了一个完整的计算体系。受弯构件包括普通钢筋混凝土和配筋轻混凝土构件,其截面除常遇到的集中配筋的几种截面形式外,也包括薄壁构件和环形截面构件,同时还包括双向受弯构件;偏心受力构件截面形式也包括环形截面在内。文中建议的普通钢筋混凝土受弯构件刚度和裂缝计算方法,已被列入我国1974年颁布的《钢筋混凝土结构设计规范(TJ 10-74)》内。建议的公式具有明确的力学模式,物理概念清楚。验算表明,各公式的计算结果与有关试验结果符合较好。与苏联、美国规范和欧洲混凝土委员会/国际预应力协会(CEB-FIP)标准规范中受弯构件刚度公式比较表明,建议的公式不仅计算简便,而且更符合试验结果。文中还给出连续梁的研究资料和提出有关计算方法。除对使用荷载阶段进行研究和给出计算的结果外,也给出弯矩-曲率全曲线和极限变形的计算。试验用的试件超过500根。

In the mix design research of lightweight aggregate concrete for wall panels,author studied some physical properties of expanded clay and shale and sintered fly ash,as well as characteristics of light concrete made of these aggregates.Study results show that sintered fly ash aggregate concrete is relatively high in strength and more economical in use,and its dry density and thermal properties can meet design requirements.

本文结合轻集料混凝土工业墙板施工配合比的设计与试验,探讨几种轻集料如页岩陶粒、粘土陶粒和粉煤灰陶粒的物理性能,以及用此所配制的轻集料混凝土的性能。结果表明,用粉煤灰陶粒所配制的轻集料混凝土强度较高,干表现密度和热性能均能满足设计要求,而且更经济。

The way of combining concrete clogging and grouting consolidation was applied to base treatment, in order to fit complicated geological conditions, light concrete structure, gravity retaining wall, concrete stone pile base and other structures have been applied according to poor and strong bases in different sites.

小浪底工程进水口引渠导墙跨越F236、F238两大断层及其间的小断层所在的冲沟,其作用是同进水塔建筑物协调运用,引导水沙在进水塔前缘形成道时针大回流,产生大的冲刷漏斗,以有效地防止进水口被泥沙淤堵和顺利地排污排漂。基础处理采用了混凝土塞与固结灌浆相结合的方法,并针对不同区段的地基优劣,采用了轻型混凝土结构、重力式挡土墙和混凝土基座堆石体等不同的结构型式,以适应复杂的地质条件。
