Based on the features of human visual system (HVS) a new watermarking algorithm that combines spatial and DCT domain is proposed for digital images in this paper. This algorithm exploits the visual masking and texture characteristics of HVS to achieve invisible and robust requiring by watermarking. Unlike other DCT watermarking schemes which usually rely on the changeless 8×8 blocks to analysis the texture characteristics, our algorithm separates the texture domains from original image by gradually extending...

Based on the features of human visual system (HVS) a new watermarking algorithm that combines spatial and DCT domain is proposed for digital images in this paper. This algorithm exploits the visual masking and texture characteristics of HVS to achieve invisible and robust requiring by watermarking. Unlike other DCT watermarking schemes which usually rely on the changeless 8×8 blocks to analysis the texture characteristics, our algorithm separates the texture domains from original image by gradually extending the range of searching blocks. In DCT domain, the location information that satisfies a certain condition is extracted and the suitable location in which the watermarking is embedded into original image is determined. The pseudorandom number traversing method is used topermute the watermark in order to disperse its spatial relationship before it is embedded. The experiment results show that the algorithm is robust to common digital image processing methods and keeps the quality of the image.

本文基于人类视觉系统(HVS)的特性,提出了一种结合空间域和DCT变换域的数字水印新算法。该算法在空间域对原始图像做预处理,采用逐级扩大搜索范围的方法,使原始图像的纹理区域得到突出。在DCT域,提取预处理图像中,满足一定条件的系数的位置信息,以此确定水印嵌入原始图像的合适位置,从而保证了数字水印的感知透明性。大量的仿真实验证明了该算法的顽健性和有效性。

It is given a new digital watermarking algorithm in DCT domain. The algorithm utilizes the visual masking in DCT domain to embed pseudo\|randomly coded watermarks in different image parts with different intensity, Which improve the robust of watermarking and keep it invisible. Experimental results show that the algorithm can extract watermark without original image and stand against several attacks,such as JPEG compression,etc.

Digital watermarking technology has been proposed as an effective method to protect the copyright of multimedia data. An adaptive watermarking algorithm of image based on fuzzy set theory that in discrete cosine transform (DCT) domain is proposed. By exploiting the visual masking and texture characteristics of human visual system (HVS) and considering the properties of the original image, a two?dimension fuzzy controller is designed, whose inputs are parameters of gray and texture of the original image. The strength of embedded watermarks is decided by the rules of fuzzy controller. It ensures the strength of the watermark adapting to the image itself entirely.The experimental results show that the watermarks generated with the proposed algorithm are invisible and robust against noise such as guassian, salt?pepper noise, and commonly used image processing methods such as JPEG, crop procession?etc.

提出了一种基于离散余弦变换 (DCT)的模糊自适应水印算法 .利用人类视觉系统的照度掩蔽特性和纹理掩蔽特性 ,结合原始图像的特点 ,设计了二阶模糊控制器 ,建立了合理的模糊推理规则 ,根据图像的灰度值和块均匀度可以决定水印嵌入的强度 ,使之能够自适应于原始图像 .实验结果证明 ,算法在保证水印化图像质量的前提下 ,对一些常见的图像处理和噪声干扰具有良好的鲁棒性 .算法将二值图像作为水印 ,将模糊集合理论引入数字水印技术领域 ,有一定的实用价值和发展前景 .
