On thesegrounds a software system of optimal risering with FHP in microcoputer hasbeen built. Contrast experiments in fountry show that the software systemoccupying small memory capacity, has the features of high efficiency, reliablityand low costs. Casting yield can be increased from 70-75% to 80-85% by optimalrisers. It's suitable for various kinds of shapes of carbon steel castngs in sandespecially for small and middle castings.

本文建立了以保温冒口收缩孔腔变化规律及其影响因素的定量关系为基的保温冒口优化设计数学模型,并用随机方向搜索法进行了FHP冒口的优化设计。提出了保温冒口设计准则应为;(i)、创造通向冒口的顺序凝固;(ii)、冒口内的安全高度控制在25~50mm;并据此开发了FHP保温冒口优化设计软件系统。通过现场验证:优化设计的冒口其工艺出品率可从原来的70~75%提高到80~85%;该软件系统占用内存小、使用方便、运行时间短,能在各种低档微型机上应用;它适用于不同钢种、形状、型砂的中小碳钢铸件。

The results show that the mass extinction coefficient of the hollow particles increases to a great extent when contrasted with that of the solid ones under the same conditions but the particle diameter corresponding to the maximum extinction coefficient of the hollow particles is larger than that of the solid particles. A comparison between the computed and measured results of extinction coefficient was made for PF hollow particles in the 5~14μm wavelength region.

利用Aden-Kerker光散射理论经重整后的系列方程,对非烟火型烟雾遮蔽系统PF(酚醛树脂)空心复合微球分散体系,在红外波区的消光特征进行了数值模拟。结果表明,空心复合微粒相对于同外径的实心粒子,质量消光系数有较大提高。波长在5~14μm范围内,理论计算与实测的消光系数曲线有较好的吻合。
