Although it has made much evident effectiveness for many years, some barriers still need to be thought and discussed. Through theory demonstration and making an instance, this paper gives some ideas and viewpoints on these barriers. 绿色照明是我国能源发展战略中一项重要的工作。针对目前我国绿色照明工作中出现的一些问题,提出了提高中、小型用户绿色照明积极性,制定、实施能效信息标识等解决措施,并对措施进行了可行性分析。
